We stop here quite often when passing through. Past week we had a surf and turf salad.Every detail was perfect. It was grilled Steelhead and steak, avocado, bacon, chunks of blue cheese, and egg. Came with the best blue cheese and vinaigrette dressings on the side. Add a glass of house Chardonnay, and it can't be beat.Thank you again for taking the time to let us know how we did. We hope you have a great day! Thank you so much again for your feedback! We hope you have a great day!
Where to eat Sushi food in Keizer: The Best Restaurants and Bars
If you don't speak Spanish, you'll be amazed by the amount of fish on this menu. Mariscos means fish and Sirenita means sea siren, so voila- fish. Mostly booths, a few tables. Ample parking it a large strip mall on River Road, it doesn't face the road, so look for Rite Aid. Menu about 5 pages, mostly shrimp, fish, etc. Soda average, chips average, salsa peculiar- I couldn't place the flavor, it was a rusty yellow color (not your standard tomato) with little chunks of red onion, cilantro and other spices- not sure if I liked it or not. Special Burrito Mojado (means wet, or soaked) was rice, beans, chicken or shredded beef, drenched in a strange orange sauce (bland) with cheese and a scoop of sour cream. Nothing to write home about, but at least the beef had flavor. Beans were fine. Pretty much a C level restaurant all around, service was average, decor typical, food Americanized, prices about right, nothing to complain about and nothing to rave about. I think it may be new, another Mexican restaurant was there at the beginning of the year, I believe. Did not use restroom, and could not quite see in kitchen for cleanliness report, but seating area was fine.

This long time Northgate Chinese eatery offers several things consistently: friendly service (same staff for many years), fast service (my meal was ready in less than 10 minutes), affordable prices ($6.50 lunch special), and large portion sizes (I was full eating half my meal). I ordered the daily special: sweet and sour shrimp, pork chow mein and pork fried rice. Honestly, the food is right down the middle in terms of Americanized Chinese cuisine. The flavors are familiar and safe - this is probably Salemâs most popular Chinese among seniors. Not a lot has changed here in decades and thereâs something to be said for knowing what you will experience.
