We have an extensive menu and specialise in fresh fish. We offer a good selection of different species of fish and shellfish everyday. A great selection of beers, ale, wines and spirits. Lovely 300 year old traditional village pub "as they used to be". Ch
Attentive but not in your face service, good selection and choice of food, (the fish section is a foody heaven) reasonable prices. We all chose fish from the specials board, the service was efficient and the food was well presented on hot plates all freshly cooked. We will certainly visit again.

Definitely one of the best fish and chip shops in the area. However was disappointed today that they seem to have changed the gravy they offer and seem to find it acceptable to charge for brown coloured water. If you donât want to sell gravy then donât but donât change people for brown flavourless water. Chips and everything else about the meal was very good as always just disappointed that little things that make a difference have gone down hill.

Fish and Chip Restaurant and Takeaway
The surprise being that it was possible get fish and chips mid afternoon on a Sunday. Partner was pleased with her plaice and chips. I would say that the ratio of potato to fish in my fish cakes was definitely in favour of the potato. The locally producer lager was definitely a highlight though. Friendly staff.
