Eaten here on many occasions, never been disappointed, great food, good value & friendly service. There is always an option to have a three course meal - plenty of choice - for ⬠20.00.

We enjoyed the interior of the restaurant, we enjoyed the service but we were a bit disappointed by the food. The dishes are well chosen but then they always added an extra item to the original dish which spoiled the original flavour of it. (ex. carpaccio with another very tasty ham, creme brulee with tiramisu-ice cream). Like great chefs always say : keep it simple and respect the flavours !

Enjoy our traditional and modern French menu with local and worldly influences. We stand for various seasonal vegetables that come from our region of farmers and delivered fresh daily. We also serve forgotten vegetables and go for pure, healthy and local
We went here for my mothers birthday because we wanted to spoil her a bit.I can tell you we succeeded in our task :-)We went for the three course bib gourmand lunch menu. |The portions are exactly right (not too much and also not too small) and very tasty. We tried both starters, both main courses and both desserts and they're all really yummy. We went back home, knowing that we gave my mother a birthday present she would remember for a long time!

This restaurant sits in prime location overlooking the main square. It probably seats approximately 50 people outside and double that in. When we visited on a Sunday afternoon/early evening it was full!. Never the less the service was still good and polite. Always a great sign when a place is full of locals!Delphi has a very extensive menu featuring all of your classic Greek dishes both starters and mains. The wine list is extensive to. Between the 9 of us we ordered a full and varied selection of starters and mains. all of which were served perfectly with no complaints from anyone. Some in my group remarked it was just a little better than Napoli but I would disagree. The bill was 50 Euros a head which included a lot of wine and tip. Im sure you could quite easily come here for say 30 a head if you wanted. definitely a great place to go if your visiting Bergen!

We had the sashimi starter which was really excellent and unexpected. Then as the restaurant filled, the waiting time got longer. The bisque was very good. And then what seemed to be a long wait for the main course. The South-African Chardonnay was very good and so did the rest of the wine card. Main courses were OK. Staff could be more outgoing.

We come regularly to this restaurant as we really like the food. But there are some things which need to get improved. The restaurant is often fully booked and then they simply have not enough service and people in the kitchen to handle everything. It gets a very chaotic atmosphere which is not nice when you go out for having a nice dinner. On our last visit we nearly waited for one (1) hour to get our main dish. We even said that we are leaving if our main dish is not served quickly. Sorry to say but this is unacceptable.Hopefully you are improving quickly as otherwise i can imagine you will loose some customers.

Went here for dinner and the experience was really good. The environment was pleasant and the service matched that. As I have come to expect the servers allowed our party to enjoy our meals and not rush us off or neglect us. Wine and beer selections are good. Menu had a good variety and the quality makes it clear of the ratings that this establishment has received. Will definitely visit again. The rooms in the hotel are nice as well. No refrigerator or microwave so don't expect that. Irons are available upon request. Breakfast is continental style and good.

It's always nice to have a good restaurant in your own neighbourhood where you can have good food and where they change the menu often enough to keep you interested in trying other dishes. Starters and main courses are a bit pricy though. The high tea is also something I can recommend and that's not expensive at all. The staff is very friendly.

We got a feeling that our waiter forgot about us initially. At first before our order was taken, and then later on, after we finished our starter, the same thing happened. The restaurant was pretty full, but you would expect that the staffing is geared to deal with that. After we reminded the staff about the main course, it took another 30 mins. We had a good time nevertheless, but to really judge this restaurant it deserves another visit. The food was tasty, so I would recommend trying it.
