This is a very old guard establishment that looks a bit run down and rustic but still provides excellent service and well prepared standard American food. One way to know if a place has maintained quality is to try a well known standard. Their French dip was perfect. The service is fast and professional. The prices were moderate. This is a causal place that has retained its ability to please a wide variety of people.

Morgans specializes in fresh seafood. I was quite pleased with my Halibut Special, which I ordered "medium rare.â My wife enjoyed her fish tacos, and our friends ordered salmon. What was noteworthy for such a generally good and expensive restaurant was the poor service. We had to ask for water a couple of times, and the waitress never returned to pour wine. The restaurant was largely empty on this Monday night, so there was no excuse for such poor service. The waitress may have been new or inexperienced, but the supervisor should have made sure that service was better.

A very basic/standard seafood place in Westchester. Food was fine, service was fine, but nothing to write home about. Fish filet had a couple small bones left in it. Went with my wife, we were the youngest people in the place. I don't know how long it's been around, but it seems like an old neighborhood spot for older folks. Very welcoming, but also very simple/dull with décor and design.

They put a puree of stuff on the lobster and call it crab stuffing. We had to clear it off as uneatable. To make it worse they charge $9 for it. They have broiled lobster and blackened lobster on the menu. What came to the table had grill marks in it , a sure sign that it was blackened. They charge more for blackened which we paid. On the ppositve side the waitress was very nice .

We had Saturday night dinner reservations with friends and were not disappointed. Everyone had a different fish dish and all were quite happy. The other couple had recommended this place as they were here over the summer and also had a wonderful dinner.Service was attentive, fast and professional. Room was a bit noisy as the hard floors and walls did not have anything to deaden the sounds. While the dinning room was lovely, it was harsh on the ears.
