Marks Restaurant is a casual fine dining establishment founded in 2011. The Menu changes seasonally and features mostly organic and local foods whenever possible with some of that even being grown in the organic garden behind the restaurant. Mark's offers
Had a great lunch at Marks! The service was excellent, the salad and shrimp po-boy were delicious, particularly the hazelnut encrusted goat cheese which was in the salad. We ordered our souffle when we ordered our lunch as it takes twenty minutes. It was hot, gooey and delicious, not too sweet but lovely, vetvety and chocolatey! Marks in located in a lovely cottage on Dolly Madison. It has a comfy patio in the back which I look forward to visiting when the weather cools down a bit.

Serving the triad for over 30 years . We cook to order and using fresh ingredients . Our home made sauce is prepared daily. Modern atmosphere .
Sauce was very salty, had to ask for more bread (only given a few small pieces), eggplant not done. Pasta not homemade, and not done. Soda needed syrup...Just disappointing.

We offer our guests a unique menu that includes a variety of small plates that are sautéed or baked in a wood fire oven. We call our dishes âsmall platesâ because we want all of our guests to try multiple items and share them with each other. We feature a
I want to like this place. I have been there twice. Nice ambiance and good service. The menu is not extensive enough. I expect more selections from a tapas restaurant. They have meats, cheeses and flatbreads on regular menu. They have specials but need more. I really want to like this place. Thank you for taking the time to review GIA! I feel that our staff did not help guide you thru the menus. We have the Monthly Chef Menu (on the chalk boards) that features seasonal ingredients in additional to the Staples Menu. We want to be sure you get the experience that we designed so you feel that it is a value and you are feeling satisfied. At any point grab any one of us. We are here to take great care of you and your guests.Nino GiaimoOwner

We decided an impromptu dinner without a reservation and were seated immediately. I had rainbow trout with creamy risotto and mushrooms and asparagus. My honey had salmon with andouille sausage and grits with asparagus. The meal was delicious. I have to say the best meal we have eaten out all year!

I carried out from Fishbones when I was in Greensboro last week. Simply stated: OMG!!! Delish!!!!We both ate a special Korean bowl. But the real treat were the spring rolls with the peanut sauce. The restaurant was full. People were seated by the door waiting for a table. This is a good sign, of course. As I was in and out, I could still see that this was a place to eat. The staff that helped me were great. Fishbones was around the corner from an Airbnb that we rented. The owner had suggested going there Our kids who lived there seconded that recommendation. So from observation of the restaurant and from the taste of the food: Go! I don't know if they take reservations but another gold star for Greensboro.

Blue Denim celebrates the foodways and culture of the New South.
I'm in Greensboro to visit family. We walked in and were told that it would be five minutes. It wasn't. They were very very slow to seat us even though there were two tables empty--one of which ultimately became ours, but we waited a while. Another customer came in and was placed on a list. What list? We weren't 'written down'.But the bottom line is, we were seated and we had a great meal. The appetizer board (a tad pricey) was delicious. Asparagus, ribs, beignets, fried okra--all disappeared. The ladies shared their entree--entouffee--with a tomato roue base was good. I had the shrimp/okra gumbo which was excellent.Besides the seating, it was NOISY!!!! Good food yes, a lot of noise YES. You decide for your tradeoff.

We were thrilled to discover a Bonefish Grill quite near the Comfort Suites where we often stay as we travel. We have visited several times and this Bonefish Grill is consistently excellent! Food is expertly prepared, service is good, and we find it a great way to unwind after a long drive. Our hotel, the Comfort Suites, even had a coupon for a free Bang Bang Shrimp. What's not to like? Parking space is limited, but you can park in mall parking just across from the restaurant and just walk a few feet to the front door.

I love their other two locations, but I always feel that the server is trying to increase the tab for a better tip at this location. Thatâs a big no-no for me. Still, the food is pretty good (not better than their other two locations, but itâs seafood, which is why I think people with less sophisticated palates think itâs so great), and the wine choices and their knowledge of wine is pretty darn good.
