Our friends took us to this restaurant, it being one of the most popular in Fujimigaoka. We arrived at 2pm, tooked a numbered ticket from a self-help screen and printer setup and waited for a table together with about 30 other people. Customers were moving in and out fairly fast, so we were taken to our table after 35 minutes. There were, from memory, 5 tables from either side of the sushi delivery conveyor; each table can seat maximum 6 people.Sushi dishes are ordered off a series of menu screens on the tablet screen at each table. Matcha tea, soy sauce, chopsticks, wasabi, etc are all self-helped at the table. Once the order is placed, a restaurant staff brings our bill and we waited for our sushi.The wait was no more than 10 minutes, our 4 dishes of sushi was delivered by the conveyor to the window on the inner side of the table and then automatically pushed onto our table, one dish at a time.Our Matcha tea was very good, the sushi was fresh with a good thick slice of various fish type on top of the rice. It was an excellent lunch. As a visitor to the area, the downside of this restaurant was the total lack of contact, help or conversation with any of the restaurant staff. It took me a few tries to push the knurl knob hot water tap to get water for the tea, and not to turn the knob.
