Seriously the best steak I've had in such a long time. Entrecote. Really do recommend stopping by here, ambiance was great, service very good. Price is a bit more top end but matched the overall service and quality from the evenings spent there. Very happy to pay a bit more for a lot more if that makes sense, also a great selection of tasty red and white wines. Must go back. Thanks to the Manager and the team, keep it up! :)thanks for your review,we hope to see you soon again, greats from our team.

I was brought here by friends who regularly attend this restaurant and i can sew why !! It was in the most beautiful setting . We sat outside beside the most beautiful sculpture. The decor both inside and out was picturesque. The food and cocktails as i pictured was full of flavour and so reasonably priced. My friends indulged (apparently the best in belgium). I will be back in belgium in october and will most certainly be returning to this restaurant xx

Hassotel offers you honest food, simple, fresh & light. Enjoy a real Belgian dish or choose something different. The kitchen inspires you with seasonal dishes, suggestions. It's always cosy and the waiters will serve you with all the cares you need. The b
Not cheap but ok food. Some oysters with a bit too much liquid in the shells, a burrata with Serrano ham to share (was no problem), as starters. Followed by a half lobster oven-baked with fennel and a little spinach and the other half with mildly spaced tomato-sauce and slightly overlooked linguine, and two "lady" steaks probably quite a bit bigger than the listed 160gr. Not bad but not worthy of an ecstatic review either.Come here for the covered year round terrace.

Portuguese food is not the most refined nor the most innovative. But if youâre looking for a well cooked plain meal with a reminiscence of your holidays this is a good place to eat. Friendly service, outdoor eating weather permitting, nice white & red house wine at â¬17/bottle.

Have never imagined this small hide-away provided such high standard of food and services as one could expect only from a small number of very expensive restaurants in Tokyo. You can enjoy its garden during the meal too. Do not forget to receive the owner's suggestion for the wine.

We were on our way from the Ardennes to back home (Netherlands). Traffic was busy and I decided on the motorway to search for Restaurants. My navigation directed me to the Waterput. What a great place! Good quality for money! Top food! Great place to remember when we go back to the Ardennes.

This is place doesn't look from the outside the quality it has inside. There is room for much improvement. We went ONLY because of the good references. We didn't want to go in because they had a very ordinary way of promoting their food on a blackboard near the road :). The blackboard was accompanied by what is called a Tsolia. So we thought that this Greek restaurant would have the same strange interior mix of ancient pillars with soldiers dressed in Ottomanian clothing what one sees in many Greek restaurants that are created by illiterate immigrants. Anyway, after we were persuaded, we went there and we were very surprised to see a very classy interior instead of ugly wall paintings made by a madman. This restaurant has the olive tree as a symbol and I believe that it's he most appropriate symbol one could use in a Greek restaurant. The service was very good and the owners very kind. The food is excellent and they also have a plate of the day that is made by traditional Greek methods. (Not a Greek snack). We have been here several times and I cannot remember one time we regret coming. Even if we find the food a little bit (10%) overpriced.

This is a wonderfull place to have a culinary travel around the world. The servant tells and sells you wines as if she has cultivated them herself. The food is prepared by a humble chef with a great heart for his profession. A discovery as we seldomly find them. Highly recommended.

We visited Anne-Sophie & her team often in De Kwizien and we were very pleased to experience them doing their own project. And a very nice experience it was! Good symbiosis of kitchen and service. We had the 8-course menu and to be honest, we were sorry not to have taken the 12 courses... because we would have loved to be pleased 4 times more! The kitchen really did a great effort creating all these nice dishes. And theyâve only been open little more than half a year! Curious to see where this could lead them. Also a thumbs up for the maître de service and sommelier Daan who really kept a good overall view and who was perfectly into pace with the kitchen. Served, in his own style, his wines with good knowledge and flair. Canât wait to be back in Hasselt for a second visit!Keep up the good work!!
