Find out what Seafood restaurants to try in Coyhaique. Coyhaique (Spanish pronunciation: [koˈʝai̯.ke]), also spelled Coihaique in Patagonia, is the capital city of both the Coyhaique Province and the Aysén Region of Chile. Excellent fish, seafood, and traditional Chilean dishes. Popular with Chileans as well as foreigners. One of the best pisco sours I have tasted. Please note a spelling mistake in the title, the restaurant is called Lito's.

We stopped here as part of a shore excursion while on a cruise in the area. We were offered a snack consisting of several small portions of local fare, including pisco sours -- the best part! The place was clean and neat, the management was well prepared to deal with several large tour groups and we enjoyed our brief stop. The scenery in this area was beautiful as well -- wish we had more time to eat a full meal here, but based on our experience we would recommend it.
