Paola and Nicolaâs restaurant offers the best food in Courmayeur by a mile. The innovative menu which combines creations from Sardinian and Val DâAosta specialties are simply superb. Each season they introduce some novelties but the quality of ingredients is always great. The ambience is super cozy. The hosts are super welcoming and gentle. Perfect place for lunch in the summer outdoor and in winter for lunch or dinner. Super recommended!

The reviews are right. The food and atmosphere are really excellent. The food menu is immense - there must be every 'standard Italian restaurant' dish known available. And yet, everything was fresh and tasty. The tiramisu desert was stand out.The reviews are also right about the staff. Not charming or welcoming. But efficient and fine, like a Parisien brasserie. Just go with that expectation and enjoy everything else.Value is good. 2.5 courses, no wine, 4 bottles of water between 3 of us was under â¬100. Gluten free pasta was available for one of our party who requested it.The restaurant is visible from the main Mont Blanc tunnel road (although once inside the restaurant you are only aware of the mountains not the road). This is a great dinner/lunch stop for someone on this route. But it would also be a very charming, quite smart, dinner stop if staying in the area.

This small restaurant in the Royal et Golf Hotel in the heart of Courmayeur offers excellent dishes inspired on the local cuisine but with a modern touch. The lady chef earned het first Michelin start recently and she is totally worth it.The interior is enchanting .The chairs are made of elk antlers. There are some trees in the restaurant with a mirror wall that gives the impression you are eating outdoors.

Managed to get a seat at the Sushi bar - booking ahead is essential.Staff friendly, efficient & informative, especially the Sushi chef.Food beautifully presented & of excellent quality, especially the fish.Booked to go again already this week.Nice break from the usual Italian pasta/pizza food on a ski break!
We enjoyed the recommendation of local wine and foods from a very kind waitress who lavished attention on our young children. She brought them lots of freshly baked bread and recommended a great gelateria for later. We sat outside on a lovely patio and enjoyed our meal very much. The boar tagliatelle was amazing!
