How is it possible to open a sushi restaurants from 2012, in Apulia, and be one of the Fusion cuisine benchmark of the region still after six years? Is it possible to do it without boring itself and its clients? The answer is not that simple: it takes cha
This is a lovely lovely place...we went there after reading online reviews but the place is a very nice fine dining restaurant and much better than what we saw. The staff was absolutely fabulous, the best of what we have experienced in our week in Italy. Christian who served us was especially helpful. Even though they speak little english they went out of their way to understand our needs which was vegetarian food (no meat, no seafood, no eggs). Conveying and understanding this can be a challenge but they did and the food was outstanding. We had the cucumber and avocado maki rolls, the vegetable tempura and the veg noodles along with the Tofu Miso soup. All the items were great but the maki rolls were exceptional. We will not forget our visit to this restaurant easily.

pescheria da una buona impressione con tavoli per consumare il pesce fresco oppure portarlo a casa a mio giudizio i prezzi erano un po cari, l'insalata di polipo a euro 40 al kg. Abbiamo optato per cucinare a casa.

We were looking for somewhere for lunch to escape the rain - what a good discovery. The waiter had a great sense of humour - we loved our risotto with prawns and pistachio (delicious) which with a couple of beers came to a reasonable EU31. A few days later we returned for dinner and were immediately recognised and made very welcome. An excellent dinner; my wife started with a cheese platter and then moved on to a 1/2 kg fish cooked in oil and water with tomatoes. I started with bresaola and then had a type of ravioli with a pesto sauce. Food delicious and service good - the restaurant had a good atmosphere and we were pleased we went back.

Thick and perfectly cooked spaghettis served in a steal plate/bowl for only 6 euros. One advice: ask for not too much salt. The terrasse is in a much quiet place than the other restaurants by the castle which makes it very enjoyable.

It was staggering to see just how busy this restaurant was on a Thursday night in mid September.Without an advance reservation we would have had little chance of a table. We were impressed with the food and especially the fried anchovies, local pasta speciality and pork. Service was a little haphazard and slow apart from the Georgian waitress but perhaps understandable with the volume of diners. At cost of around â¬60 euros including a bottle of wine fair value.

This is the rooftop restaurant in the Corte Altavilla. The dinners are beautiful. Our first night we had the From thr Land Tasting Menu. It was superb. It cost â¬35 but was worth it even though this is very expensive by local standards. The second meal thrre I had Sea Bass and it was really lovely. Claudio is an attentive and efficient host. Well doneDear guest, thank you so much for your review.By chance ... The restaurant Le Muse e il Mare stands for elegance, professionality and quality. Thanks to our chefs we turn our dishes into real works of art, always keeping the traditional flavours
Quite a few restaurants were closed in Polignano as it was Monday night and this included the restaurant we had intended on visiting.Frankly, weâre pleased it was closed as this establishment in Via Roma was superb.Itâs easy to know when youâve found a good restaurant as the service speaks volumes. Here Lorenzo, our waiter along with his female colleagues were exceptional. The atmosphere was really good, the soft jazz was spot on and of course the food dishes topped it all off. The salads were fresh, the pasta and fish dishes brilliant and the Tiramisu was the icing on the cake!We are in Polignano for three nights and despite the choice of eating places weâve decided to go back tomorrow night.
