Fordicolle is not a restaurant, understood in its traditional sense. Our restaurant is an innovative restaurant concept, based on an original formula of unconventional consumption of raw or cooked fish. Having selected the most distinctive traits of tradi
Fordicolle is a delightful new restaurant just outside Colle di val d'Elsa. It incorporates classic tuscan dishes with a modern and slightly Asian flair. The welcome is generous and the wine list a great fit with the food. We have eaten there twice and thouroughly enjoyed the food, the people and the ambience. We will be back!

We were at NUmero 10 with a group of relatives and I noticed that they have improved the ambiance and alothough it is still a large room and quite noisy it is a modern and clean restaurant. It was crowded with people but the owners managed to smile and keep everybody happy. We had startes, pizza and tiramisu. The prosciutto, salame and so on were of good quality and the pizza was wonderful really. 3 years before I had been there with a class dinner and it was a good evening too

Didn't actually get to eat here as it was closed when we went, but it came highly recommended. It apparently does gluten free pizza which is very hard to find in Tuscany (so I thought I would leave a review for anyone searching for GF pizza in the future)

Went here for lunch last day of our holiday. Although a set menu plenty of choice. Everything beautifully cooked, perfectly seasoned and very tasty. The owner made us feel very welcome, plenty of banter and chat. Great atmosphere, hope the restaurant does well, only been open 3-4 months

This is a large place, in- and outdoor. Quite simple offerings but in decent quality and with reasonable pricing. Service a bit slow, but come on, you are not in an hurry, are you? Will certainly come again. Great for kids due to vast outdoor area with some playground equipment.

Hidden away above a line of shops you could easily miss it, fortunately we didn't and had two superb meals during our stay for extremely reasonable prices. Charming staff and very popular with local families. The home produced pasta was superb, pizzas good and the large entrecote steak in chianti sauce outstanding.Didn't try the seafood, but it was obviously greatly enjoyed by other diners. At weekends you might need a reservation ( though we came early without one)

Staying in a nearby hotel we went to the restaurant for dinner one night. The welcome was ok, not overly impressive but staff seemed friendly. We chose to eat outside at the back of the restaurant given it was quite hot. The food was very reasonably priced and local sharing meat platter as well as beef ragu were the highlights. Food was nothing amazing but tasted great and was a pretty 'standard' menu. They did however cater very well to a gluten-free member of the group. Overall given the good value would definitely recommend to someone in the area.

Stopped for lunch. The restaurant is very clean and modern. The grilled calamari pink pepper was excellent. Also was the carpaccio with the fresh artichoke was amazing. However, the highlight was their Calabrese Pizza served with mozzarella, ricotta, zucchini and a wonderful salami from Calabria called âNduja that was placed perfectly and not too much as it is spicy but with just an incredible flavor. Similar to the taste of Harissa. The pizza crust was perfect and paper thin. Service was friendly. We were the only non locals. It seems to be a locals restaurant.

Lovely restaurant just on the principal square. 2 floors, with a beautiful wine cellar. Family owned, traditional and very comfortable. Service is fast. I had the best tartare of my whole life! Faraona was stunning as well. Definitely a place to visit if stopping in Colle!

Our house, it consists of four floors with a roof terrace and two private dining rooms, the main dining room, with a view of a Tuscan hill with great charm, Arnolfo Restaurant can accommodate up to thirty guests, a private room and a maximum of eight peop
The food is simply amazing. Everything we had tried very delicious and presentation of each dish is fantastic. Portions are small, but after 7 of them (plus 2 more from the chef) you feel more than satisfied. The staff is nice, very knowledgeable, good English. Wine list is super as well, and they have very good wines available from about 100 Euro per bottle, to a few thousands. The night before we had good dinner at Enoteca Pinchiorri, dinner is good as well, but you canât find any bottle of wine cheaper than 300 euro. Over all we enjoyed food at Arnolfo more than at Enoteca Pinchiorri. Very well deserved Michelin stars. Very highly recommended.Dear Mark, thank you very much for spending time to reviewing us.I'm glad you enjoyed Arnolfo Experience and we look forward to seeing you next time.We are very proud of our team who helps you everyday to express our philosophy.Have a lovely day
