A great experience , the restaurant is situated by the little harbour and is a great place for people watching. The service and food is equally remarkable try the melon and prosciutto / fritto misto / prawns followed by the sfoglianta / white chocolate cake and coffee sauce .A word to the wise , we booked the restaurant for 7 pm and thought that the journey time from Garda to Lazise would be about 30mins . Not so ! it was a Sunday evening and the traffic was awful it took 90 mins so leave plenty of time - also parking was an unknown quantity , we eventually found a car park just off the first roundabout ( to the left when travelling from Garda), it is virtually opposite the gate way to the old town .All this hassle was though compensated for by the great restaurant

This place is top notch. The food was amazing, the owner, chef and staff ensured our dining experience was pleasurable. Everything was so fresh and delicious. We will certainly be back.

The food was boring and bland. Pizza was soggy and not crusty, spaghetti ragu and spaghetti carbonara were plain and nothing special about them, see food spaghetti marinara was simply not good.The restaurant is beautiful, located right ay the entrance to the old city and port. Long line of people waiting outside, so finding a table of 5 without reserving was considered lucky... How disappointing.prices are fairDear â492guyvâ,I donât usually discuss personal tastes, but in this case I feel compelled.You see, it would be the case to learn the difference between âI didn't like itâ and âit wasnât goodâ before writing a review on any website. Here, you have expressed a personal viewpoint, instead of relying on the objective qualities of the food prepared by us. Big news: the fact that you didnât like it certainly doesnât mean it wasnât good!Also, if it was just a course that you didnât find to your liking, I might even have thought it was our mistake, but since you criticized anything, from pizza to carbonara, from ragu to spaghetti with seafood, well, I realized that the problem is not ours. I know this place for years and I keep going back with my family and friends. Amazing vallue for money and great seafood! they also make excellent paella...you just have to pre-order it and have a group of people sharing a big one..Note, you never leave hungry as portions are massive!!

per caso dopo fuga per impossibilità di parcheggio da Bardolino e Lazise . è sulla strada Gardesana prima di Peschiera e fa angolo con via Porto di Pacengo che porta al porticciolo della frazione.Il ristorante è gestito in modo gfamigliare ma la cucina vale la fermata .in cucina una chef giovane credo all' avvio della sua professione , in sala in aiuto la mamma e forse la moglie . probabilmente vanno aiutati a farsi conoscere , ne vale la pena . intanto il turbante di pesce con salmerino era eccellente così come le verdure scelte come accompagnamento . prezzi modesti e un ottimo bianco di custoza

Hi We stay at Villa Camporosso from the 15th to the 22nd and ate in restaurant 4 nights and ever night we tried different things on menu if you like seafood they do some really nice dishes ,pizza was excellent menu in English,German,Italian staff all spoke english we would have eaten here every night but we thought we should try different places for 3 of us 2 courses and all drinks including beers it was about â¬45-60⬠a night we had a meal in Lazise by lake cost 80⬠and was not a patch on here it's only 5 minute drive from movieland and I would eat there again even if I was not staying at Villa Camporosso

Everything at this restaurant was praiseworthy, from the room, to the food, the wine, and especially the service, as nine English speakers (and one Italian referee) undoubtedly tested our server's patience with our barrage of questions, our requests for off-menu items, and changing the order of our courses. Elegant might be the best way to describe it all. The dishes were all beautifully presented, and the flavours complex and delicious. Desserts were superb too. We arrived during a busy period and were asked to come back in 20 minutes, which we did. Had to wait another 5-10 minutes to actually be seated and get 4 sets of everything (cutlery, glassware). We ordered and were given water and then we watched the staff serve all the other tables. Eventually I asked for the wine we had ordered about 10 minutes earlier and it was brought to the table. The veal main course arrived before our starters and was taken away again I guess to go under a heat lamp or to be reheated when we had finished our starters, as when it finally did arrive, it was then slightly overcooked. The restaurant had run out of potatoes so we were offered vegetables instead, which arrived at the same time as our starters so sat getting cold during the long wait between starters and main courses.Overall the food was okay but the wait far too long. We arrived at 9.15 and did not get our main courses until around 10.30pm.

Great pizza and great service.We popped in one evening and sat outside this cosy little restaurant/takeaway on the Gardesana Road linking Peschiera and Lazise.She had spaghetti and I had a pizza; both of which were lovely and satisfying.Very reasonably priced food and Pit Stop also provides a takeaway/delivery service (â¬3 supplement) and the staff are very friendly and attentive. They clearly want their customers to have a positive experience.Would definitely visit again.
