Genius! Thatâs what I can say about the cuisine! Two chefs, both trained in Michelin restaurants have created a fresh and seasonal menu. Delicious! The wait staff was attentive and charming. My husband did the wine pairing with his dinner and all of the wines were spot on! A relaxing, enjoyable evening!

Food and service were excellent. Every dish was really interesting and extremely savory- wiping down the sauces with the also excellent homemade bread. Wines were also delicious- ordered by the glass, tended to follow recommended pairings even though we ordered a la carte. A very special meal. Was weird that it wasnt crowded (8:30 Sat night) but it was all great.

Wanted to have a special New Years menu with friends and ended catering the main courses to this place ... was a bit concerned if the beautiful finish would travel well ... it did!They had very nicely packaged the different dishes so it was easy to serve and still looked fabulous!With regards to the quality I have to say they really take their sushi seriously ... inventive creative tasteful ... many words can be added.Try it ... one of the best in Copenhagen ... also if you go there to eat the restaurant is very nicely decorated with a minimalist style that goes well with the very meticulous sushi.Thank you so much for the kind words.We are glad to hear that we made your new years food memorable and we would of course love to do so again. We had the 6 course menu - with wine, tea and coffee the bill was 1,885 Kr. We had scallops, freze dried artichoke, beets with green cream, squid, lobster and finished with plums blackcurrant and cinnamon cream with orange strips. The pudding maybe had too many bits for my taste but the overall meal was excellent for the price and lots of people were enjoying it..

This place is simply amazing: you pay DKK200 per person and then you can order all you want from their large menu. Everything is made to order so no 'conveyer belt'. The sushi is if very high quality - truly a winning combination. You need to book a table in advance though!

I had great expectations ahead of this visit as I had heard so much about this place but I was quite disappointed. The sushi is good but nothing out of the ordinary and the restaurant was quite dull and average. service wasn't great either, and we ended of with the conclusion that there is no reason to pay a premium for this place - it's really quite average.
