At Joe Koolâs Terrace, our Chefs prepare a traditional Thai cuisine with local flavours and ingredients, alongside a selection of western classics in a casual environment with an air-conditioned area, and an open-air terrace with a panoramic sea view over
Ocean Terrace Restaurant provides very nice ambiance and good food. The service is very good as the wait staff is very attentive to the customers. Compared to other restaurants in the area, the food is a little pricier, but still not really over-priced.

Nothing exciting at Sangwian Seafood in my humble opinion. Seafood here is ok enjoyable. But not wonderfully delicious. It is a big restaurant and it can't be expected that every cooks will have the same skill and touches. Service is just bland. Good thing is it is large and no matter how large your group is, just book in advance and they can accommodate you.

Beachside Restaurant, menu created by celebrity Chef Ian Kittichai of Kittichai Restaurant New York. Modern Thai cuisine restaurant open for brunch, all day dining and dinner on the sand terrace.
At the bottom (beach) end of a side street called DPT on google maps; driving south from Cha Am, turn left about 100 m past The Energy on the main road, Phetkasem. Drive slowly or you'll miss the small sign for Veranda, the chic boutique hotel it's within.Entering through the main reception, we were delighted with the architecture, the interior design and the water views (pool directly ahead, with the sea at the end). We strolled down towards the beach end of the hotel at dusk and I-Sea was at the end, a series of stylish rooms. The half a dozen outdoor tables facing the sea were all reserved. A menu was offered as soon as we sat down. Although we had arrived just after Happy Hour (5.30-6.30pm) had finished, they still brought us a second (complimentary) drink. We were delighted to discover that the orange juice was really fresh, which is not always the case even at good restaurants. One or two waiters spoke passable English, to our relief. Service was good. In fact, we would say that the best service is found at the Sheraton and here. The short menu offered mainly Thai fusion dishes and we learned that both International and Thai choices are available at the other restaurant called the Dining Room, near reception. The Thai beef salad (260 B) had lovely, soft beef and a delicious dressing but we had to ask for more of it. The fried sea bass (290 B) was perfect: crispy and hot. A separate sour-spicy sauce accompanied this but was not really needed. Plain rice was 10 B. Fried rice was around 150 B.All dishes were beautifully presented. Atmosphere was gorgeous and romantic, spoiled only by a screaming baby the parents refused to remove. Since they couldn't enjoy a quiet dinner, they seemed determined that all the other customers should also suffer..We're looking forward to our next meal here!

Raya Restaurant and Seafood can guarantee to fit about 100 people within the area. Guests are able to choose whether to sit inside with air conditioning or to sit and take in the sea breeze right outside on the terrace. The food has a wide range of Europe
Every time we are in Cha Am, we make it a point to eat at this restaurant which is probably the best in the area. They have a large menu of Thai and western food. The decor is very nice and refined. Our favourite dishes are the snow fish and fish and chips. I also tried their angus burger which was excellent. For sweets, I recommend the lava cake and the caramel custard. The service is pleasant and efficient. Prices are very reasonable considering the quality of the food served.Dear BangkokCaThank you for your rate and comment. We appreciate you enjoy our foods and also service. We are looking forward to serving you again.Best Regards,Prutarak M.

We are here once during our stay. The food selection was good, the flavour excellent and portion size ok. Possibly a bit expensive for portion size and it is a long way from Cha am or Hua Hin, you need a scooter unless you stay nearby.

On the same side street as Yin Dee. Going north, itâs on the side street just past that leading to So Sofitel. We found the our satnav took us accurately to Yin Dee so you could try using their address: 16/7 Tambon Bang Kao, Amphoe Cha-am, Chang Wat, Phetchaburi - then Monta is closer to the sea and on the opposite side to YinDee.There is some parking outside although most customers, all Scandis and mostly retired, arrived on bicycles. We went up a few stairs into a large, covered area, open on one (wide) side.We were offered a friendly welcome and a thoughtful menu offering a photo of each dish and labelled with both the Thai and the English name. Reasonable prices. Less expensive than YinDee but not much by European standards. To our astonishment, we saw that most customers ate European style, one dish in front of each person. How can you do this with highly flavoured Thai dishes?!! Why would you want to? Thai dishes are meant to be shared, with a range of flavours.Only the mixed seafood salad (prawns and squid) was remotely good. We did not return.

As with all the restaurants in the village, this is a great place to eat. If you are a lover of sports, the owner has big screen TV and a fondness for English football! The food is lovely, the staff helpful and the seating comfortable. And again, would eat here again and would recommend .

Set on a cool shady deck on the beach overlooking the club sailing activities. Freshly cooked food and ice cold drinks make this a perfect lunchtime venue. Open daily 9.30am to 7pm.
5 Star food, location and a great place to relax. Its true. The food is truly excellent and you are missing a real treat, if you do not eat at the Sailing Club. The staff are very helpful but when you are sitting under the tree, with a cooling sea breeze, looking out over the sea with the sailing boats dashing here and there, it really is hard to imagine a better place to relax, even if you don't sail. It tried many of the dishes but the cashew nuts with chicken was the best I have ever tasted in Thailand. You can't ask for a better review. Thanks Paul. I'll pass on your kind words to the chef.
