We found Il Colombaio on the internet when searching for restaurants that have a Michelin star. We drove almost one hour to have a romantic dinner there for our ten year anniversary. If you don't visit this restaurant while in Tuscany, you're missing the best service, meal and ambience you can get. Chef Maurizio Bardotti was creative and the food had great depth and layers of flavors. Andria, our waiter, was so attentive and made us feel at home. This was the best meal we had in Italy and we had many. No complaints other than that we would love to take Maurizio and Andria back to California with us. Ten stars!!!!!

This is a huge restaurant, however in late March it was almost empty in the evening. It's very fresh and well decorated with a modern twist. The food was excellent. Good portion sizes and all at very reasonable prices. The house wine could also not be faulted at the price.The waitress was very efficient and did not rush us, all very relaxed.If your looking for good quality at good prices I would search this place out. It's not your normal authentic little restaurant but has lots of plus points to make it worth a visit.Check the opening hours as its closed late afternoon until early evening.

Didn't actually get to eat here as it was closed when we went, but it came highly recommended. It apparently does gluten free pizza which is very hard to find in Tuscany (so I thought I would leave a review for anyone searching for GF pizza in the future)

Lovely restaurant just on the principal square. 2 floors, with a beautiful wine cellar. Family owned, traditional and very comfortable. Service is fast. I had the best tartare of my whole life! Faraona was stunning as well. Definitely a place to visit if stopping in Colle!

Stopped for lunch. The restaurant is very clean and modern. The grilled calamari pink pepper was excellent. Also was the carpaccio with the fresh artichoke was amazing. However, the highlight was their Calabrese Pizza served with mozzarella, ricotta, zucchini and a wonderful salami from Calabria called âNduja that was placed perfectly and not too much as it is spicy but with just an incredible flavor. Similar to the taste of Harissa. The pizza crust was perfect and paper thin. Service was friendly. We were the only non locals. It seems to be a locals restaurant.

We visited here one evening and received a warm welcome. Our friends whoâd been before and fully recommended the restaurant and it didnât disappoint .We shared the meat platter to start! Wow great meat selection. 4 of us ended up eating it.Great pizzas.When we arrived the restaurant was empty but when we left it nearly full.We had great friendly serviceIf you know youâre going to eat at the restaurant call down before hand and book the tables with views looking out of valley. Superb views.

We were a party of 16, with a late booking for a birthday celebration on the 11th August 2018. Ristorante Da Graziano welcomed us and provided us with a delicious meal, excellent service and the very lovely gesture of a glass of Prosecco to toast our birthday friend. The food was excellent and we were not hurried, enjoying a long evening with food and drink, looked after by very professional, welcoming staff. The food is simply amazing. Everything we had tried very delicious and presentation of each dish is fantastic. Portions are small, but after 7 of them (plus 2 more from the chef) you feel more than satisfied. The staff is nice, very knowledgeable, good English. Wine list is super as well, and they have very good wines available from about 100 Euro per bottle, to a few thousands. The night before we had good dinner at Enoteca Pinchiorri, dinner is good as well, but you canât find any bottle of wine cheaper than 300 euro. Over all we enjoyed food at Arnolfo more than at Enoteca Pinchiorri. Very well deserved Michelin stars.
