Clean enough and a typical chip shop. I ordered chips which I'm very particular about. Essentially the method and results of frying a slice of potato can vary considerably. The chips are reasonable, competent and there were no burnt ends, however although they were ok, I wondered if they were a little bland. As chips go, they were ok, but I didn't get much of a buzz as I ate them and they didn't leave me wanting more or looking forward to the next time. I wondered if they should have been cooked a little longer, or the oil needed to be changed.

We hadnât booked a table but they found us a table anyway. Food was excellent and waiters were funny and had personality. Food was excellent and we had a fantastic time.
