Once again Brix 0.1 lived up to my expectations. I had waited 2 years to come back to this magical place and again I was entranced by the location, atmosphere, attention to detail, the carefully executed epicurean experience and the attention of the amazing wait staff. Somehow I danced the whole night away on New Year's Eve and welcomed in the new year/day. We experienced both day and night meals in our 3 week visit to this beautiful town. The place will have to decide if either it re-invents Chinese cuisine the Italian way or whatever it wants to be. It is not the Chinese "grappa" offered at the end of a meal to make one fall in love with the place.

Siamo stati sia a pranzo che cena e abbiamo provato carne e pesce e la qualità devo dire è stata soddisfacente di sicuro le porzioni si possono considerare abbondanti . Il servizio nonostante il locale fosse pieno é stato abbastanza veloce . Non abbiamo provato la pizza.Vista la tipologia di locale non si deve pretendere il servizio coi guanti , ma considerando il rapporto qualità prezzo vale la pena.
