Find out what Seafood restaurants to try in Boston. Walk the Freedom Trail the first time you visit Boston, and you'll quickly get a sense of this coastal city's revolutionary spirit and history. But make sure you also explore some of Boston's fine museums (try the Gardner, featuring art masterpieces displayed in their collector's mansion) and old neighborhoods (like the North End, Boston's Little Italy). You can't claim to have experienced real Boston culture, though, unless you've watched a Red Sox baseball game from the bleachers.

This is a great Peruvian/Japanese restaurant. The restaurant fit out is stylish and there was a great buzz. With inspiration from South America the tapas style sharing menu had everything from sushi, sashimi, to yakatori and katsu dishes. The cocktail list had the usual classics and a great selection of pisco cocktails. The selection of sakes was small but of good quality. The grilled octopus, lobster ceviche and pork belly katsu were exceptional. Our wait staff were pleasant and nothing was a problem. All in all a great night!

We sat at the bar and watched $3,20 (each) oysters being expertly shucked. We were dying for a real clam roll and were not disappointed. The clams were excellent and fried right before our eyes. Our only complaint was the roll was small, especially considering the $22 price. The generous amount of French fries and good cole slaw somewhat made up for the small amount of clams. Overall a pleasurable meal.

Mooncusser Fish House is an elegant New England Fish House serving local fishes alongside sustainable alternatives. A wine list of 400 selections and gracious service complement the cuisine.
I expected more from this place after reading the reviews.Service was fine, for starter i chose the ceviche. Though it had good flavor, it did not have much fish in it..My husband had the oysters with a sauce mignonette. Then we both ordered the fish chowder: when both plates came to the table we could not help noticing the difference in the quantity between the two plates!!! We felt that the chowder was more about the broth rather than the quantity of fish..But what surprised me the most is that they removed the plate for bread after serving us a little little roll: a clear message that we should not get more bread! a table next to us had a person ask for more bread and after 1/2 hour told the waiter if he was going to get more bread and at that point he just asked the waiter (who was trying to explain why he had not received more bread..) to forget it.! I honestly feel that it is up to the customer to decide whether he/she wants more bread.. Service was fine, wine list is good though on the expensive side

We went to Ocean Prime on Saturday night (10/12/19) for our parents 50th Wedding Anniversary celebration. There were 9 of us. We had never been and went on the advice of many friends. We were beyond impressed with our experience. From the hostess taking our reservation to our waiter, Nico. He was one of the best we have ever had and we have been to a lot of restaurants. Service was beyond exceptional. He was awesome not only with the adults but the kids. Funny, engaging and on it any time we had a request. The food was incredible. Everything Nico recommended was to die for. No one left disappointed. We are still craving the lobster mashed potatoes! They are a must order! The berries and bubbles (signature drink) was super fun and delicious! We will absolutely be back whether it be for a special occasion or just a date night. Can not say enough about how wonderful our night was. Absolutely check out Ocean Prime if you are in Boston! Easy to get to and worth every penny!

You enter for dinner (no reservation, no hope) and immediately you immerse into a lively typical American steakhouse, which probably felt exactly the same 50 or more years ago. Lots of staff taking orders, bringing food, lots of conversations, it does get a bit loud. The steaks are fantastic, as are all the sides and the wines. We loved every part of if. Impossible not to overeat. Will be back!

We had another good meal at Atlantic Fish. We have been visiting this restaurant for 8 1/2 years during our trips to Boston. Our children always enjoy it as do we. The menu has changed and the prices have gone up. We had oysters and Georgeâs Bank Lemon Sole. Both were very good. Our son enjoyed the grilled calamari and Tuna. We will definitely continue our family tradition. Thank you for sharing your experience with us!
