Lunch at San Tropez... built over the water in Boca Chica. Nice warm breeze, the service was attentive and the food was pretty good too. They have a nice sound system where the music is clear but not blaring. Great afternoon!!

The place was recommended. Looks nice , staff friendly. The beach is too shallow for snorkeling and full of those jellyfish that attach to the bottom and only move when necessary. Indicates bad water quality. No fish to see. Good for wading and no sea urchins, but lots of detached tentacle parts from above mentioned jelly fish. Kids emerged full of stings. Not super bad, but needed a full shower with soap to stop crying.Food was OK but arrived 3 hours after ordering.

El Restaurante Club Rolling Stone is based on delicious food created with passion and love. The restaurant is operated by a dedicated German/ Cuban family, which serve with an untraditional and unorthodox mindset within sustainability that support local f
I stayed in the Club Rolling Stone hotel, which is more like a motel. There are a few rooms ground floor and a few more on the second level. A budget hotel with no amenities. On the premises there is the restaurant, which is on the beach. I found that the other restaurants on the beach offered the same fare for less cost. Dear Bigjohn0thank for the time taken to write us and the rest of the world you opinion/evaluation for our Restaurant Club Rolling Stone. We are surprised to learn that you found our Restaurant overpriced.Plaese have in mind that Instead of showing you an atractive Price on the menu and against usual practices @ Boca Chica Beach Restaurants we included already the obligatory 10% service charge & 18% TAX in our menu, this in order to provide the fairest and most transparent way of pricing. At the same time we would like to assure you that we use only prime ingredients such as for example Colossom Shrimp or certified Angus at a very fair price for value. We look forward to receive you again in a near futureBest regardsAlois S.

Every time I go it just gets worse. This time was the last. They didnât have cold water, no pork chops, no mero fish, canât recall the last item they didnât have that was was listed on the menu. Itâs like why donât you present what you do have when I first sit as opposed to having me order appetizers and then you donât have anything I ordered. I asked for the manager and even he himself was rude. I asked for a discount being that they did not have anything that I wanted and he simply said no and walked away. The waiter, Cesar was just as pleasant as the so called manager. Plus all the people selling and begging really wanna make you lose your desire to eat. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE, this food is not even all that even if they did have everything I asked for. Go to Adrian tropical, better food, service , people. AND FULL MENU ALWAYS!

This place is good for spending the day at sea. They have sun beds and umbrellas. Food is good and the prices are not so high comparing to the places nearby. The only thing that doesnât want me to come back there again is staff. Very rude. El Puerco Rosado is a small casual restaurant located directly on the beach of Boca Chica. It has a long history, but since 2001 we devote ourselves energetically to the felicity of our customers. Here Italy meets the Dominican Republic. We offer both Ita
We went to this restaurant a few times during our month-long stay in Boca Chica. The first time was for lunch. My wife had the Beach Burger (a crispy fish burger with tomato, lettuce, onion rings, avocado and fries) which she thoroughly enjoyed. I had the chicken salad sandwich which was rather boring. For dinner one evening we began with an order of caprese (tomatoes, fresh mozzarella & basil). The tomatoes in this country are so fresh (not hothouse like at home). The only disappointment was they used dried as opposed to fresh basil leaves. For the mains, my wife had the fettuccini with artichokes and olives, while I had the Carbonara. Both were very good. Unfortunately they do not offer a plain Caesar salad, only with chicken, as that would have made a nice side. Another evening I had the artichoke and olive spaghetti, and my wife had the zucchini and shrimp pasta. Of the various pastas we had at this restaurant, our favourite was the zucchini and shrimp - it sounds like an odd combination but is absolutely wonderful. For our anniversary dinner we each had the mixed seafood grill with lobster, shrimp (4), octopus, squid, and red snapper. It was good but not great, with the snapper being the most tasty. In the evenings there are fewer patrons and service tends to be more efficient. Credit Cards are accepted and menu prices include the 17% DR tax and the 10% service charge. Note: as with all restaurants in DR, smoking is permitted, both indoors and outdoors.Thank you for your review! We hope to see you again when you come back to Boca Chica.

Pizza was ok, nothing special. Vegetable soup = minestrone was good too. Red wine - not a great quality. Salad caprese - tomato tasteless and cheese mozzarella I did not finish - tasted spoiled. I thought it was expensive for the quality of food - 50$, and we had only only glass of wine, one coke, one little water and above mentioned food.

Popped in here after a day on the beach to quench the thirst! Wish we hadnât bothered! Terrible ignorant service. Ordered a strawberry daiquiri I am convinced it was red wine and lemon! Do not have a blue lagoon itâs more of a green colour not sure what it was! Donât bother much better beach bars

Our team from our mission trip went here our last night in the DR to celebrate. We had an area right on the water and we all shared pizza. The pizza was very good. Service for a large group was also good.
