Excellent restaurant. The owner, Victor, was friendly, speaks both Spanish and English, and ensured that our meal was everything we were hoping for. The lobster is the best priced in town and is something I would recommend. The whole fried yellow-tailed snapper in coconut sauce also exceeded our expectations. The restaurant is right on the ocean as the photo shows, so the view is excellent. If you are in Bluefields, you must eat at Pelican Bay!
