Excellently prepared fish Dishes. We went as a group of four after our walk along the beach. This restaurant is between the beach and the forest. It has a beer garden and one can sit very well outside as the seating area has the possibility to be covered. When it rains there is a device that is used to cover the area. The fish menu is extensive. They have varieties of fresh fish not often found in other restaurants.I took a fish dish and it was well prepared and fresh. This restaurant by the sea is casual and child friendly. The waiting staff were efficient and friendly.I can recommend this restaurant near the beach when one visits Prerow.

You'll be sure to find something which tickles your fancy. They have fish, game ("wild") and some dishes which you need to pre-order. We had both fish and wild boar which tasted delicious. The atmosphere is lovely with the fire place almost as a center piece in the decoration. It is a small place so making a reservation might be safer than just turning up. Would visit again if in the area.

It was cold and rainy. The Fischerklause looked inviting and offers free parking, so we decided to try it. The restaurant was lit by candles, panelled with wood, and displayed antiques with a maritime feeling. The menu was not too large, but catered to fish and meat lovers as well as vegetarians. We were a bit puzzled by the schnitzel stuffed with cheese and pineapple, but apparently this is a regional speciality, and the waiter was happy to offer a plain schnitzel, or one stuffed only with cheese. The service was attentive, and there were good beers and wines. On our first visit, one of us had an unstuffed schnitzel, and the others had mixed fish platters. We enjoyed ourselves so much that we returned every evening of our three day stay in Zingst. We were particular impressed with the fish soup, Saute potatoes (bratkartoffel), Chanterelle (Pfefferlinge) mushrooms in a cream sauce, schnitzel, cod (Dorsch) and fresh fried herrings.

The Fischrestaurant Seeblick in Prerow at the Baltic Sea is ecellently located close to the beach, and from the first floor, you have a very nice view on the Baltic Sea. But this is not the only plus of this Restaurant, they also have really friendly staff and (really!) the best Burger in town! And I'm sure, as the "Wildburger" is excellent, all the other meals will also be excellent. (in particular the waffle with cream and hit cherries).

My wife, brother, and sister-in-law were visiting nearby Barth at the site of Stalag Luft One where my father was a POW for nine months during WWII. We decided to go to Zingst for dinner and were looking for a good seafood restaurant and checked Trip Advisor which we always do when out of town. We stopped at Skipper which had good reviews and both inside and outside seating. We got there about 6:30 and went inside and saw the greeter and told her we had a party of 4. She just said "NO!" in a very rude voice. She did not offer any other explanation or when seats would become available. There were available tables we could see both inside and outside the restaurant. We were all shocked by her bluntness. We were not sure if the treatment we received was because we were speaking english rather than german. In any event it left a bad taste in our mouths and we went back to Barth where we did enjoy a very nice seafood dinner. I have writeen over 130 reviews on TripAdvisor and have rarely given a bad review of a restaurant, and certainly never given a review with only 1/5 but this restaurant is certainly deserving of this rating.

Ich empfinde das Lokal als überwertet. Service freundlich und schönes Ambiente. Kleine Karte mit eigentlich schönen Gerichten. Vorspeise Rindercarpaccio: Sicher nicht selbst geschnitten ( alle Scheiben kreisrund und gleich gross - fertig gekauft ! ) Extrem dünn und eine kleine Portion. Geschmacklich neutral.
