This restaurant was a short walk from the house we were renting. The meal was excellent and our waiter, from Russia, was a pleasure. We really enjoyed talking with him and he did a great job taking care of us. The meat eaters in our group loved the fillet.

Decided to come to Dirty Dickâs after a long day at the beach. We were seated immediately and the staff was friendly. A basket of hush puppies were brought to the table that were fresh and hot. The hush puppies had corn in them and were enjoyable. Our party all had crab dishes. Everything was on par for a chain restaurant. Nothing was exceptional, but no one left hungry or disappointed. Daughter had the fun Instagram worthy âShark Attackâ drink and was not disappointed. âSo glad to hear you enjoyed your dinner here! Thanks for checking us out and taking the time to share. Hope to see you again if you're ever back in town!â

Fresh calamari and fish tacos. Waiter with an accent was decent but did not tell us about the 1/2 price apps, we saw them on a board. We had to tell him to correct it on the bill at the end. Come early if you want a table, they seen to fill up fast by 6.

The Po House seems like a newer establishment. The views from the indoor and outdoor seating area of the sound are absolutely stunning. The menu is fairly limited, but everybody that was with us was more than happy with their selections. I had the fish and chips. That evening the fish was Mahi. And it's not fried like typical fish and chips, but breaded with salt and vinegar potato chips and then baked. It comes with cole slaw and little red (fried?) potatoes. The potatoes were amazing!

My husband and I had driven to the Cape Hatteras Lighthouse. On our way back we found this place simply by accident. It is unprepossessing from the outside, and frankly, from the inside as well. But our server was prompt, friendly, and competent. I had the tuna tacos and my husband had the wahoo tacos. The fish was unbelievably fresh and cooked just as we asked. The tacos were served with a delicious mango salsa and a side of tasty Asian slaw. The tortillas had been slightly grilled so they were warm. I would definitely return. We look forward to your return visit and Thank You for your input!Oceanas Bistro

We actually came to Pangea 5 years ago and the whole experience was forgettable. However, we decided to try it again this year and were blown away by the excellent service from Serhii and the quality of the food! I started with a prickly sunrise drink and it was very tasty, then we decided to get the coconut shrimp appetizer. My boyfriend doesn't usually eat shrimp but he really enjoyed it. We both agreed that the Pina colada sauce would have been easier to eat if it was blended up or if the coconut flakes were smaller, but it tasted excellent. I ordered the special of the evening. It was a grilled Mahi fillet with grilled zucchini, potato salad, and a basil mint pesto and it was outstanding!! The zucchini were cooked perfectly and the fish was flaky and delicious. My boyfriend got the curry bowl with chicken and said it was really good. It came out really hot and it was a large portion size with fresh, crispy vegetables and rice. The restaurant was clean and Serhii was wonderful. We will be coming back and we highly recommend Pangea Tavern!!
