Situated above the historic fish market, facing the Ria, this is a lovely restaurant. The staff were very friendly, and the wine we had was excellent. The fish soup looked amazing; more so than the veg soup I had which was ok, but the salted cod dish was great, with the biggest flakes of fish I've seen for a long time. A really good, hearty meal, followed by the most delicious coffee wafer cake. Very nice.
Amazing Portuguese cuisine
We had a very good meal, the food is very good and the portions are big. We had House wine, both red and withe, and the wine was also good. We will defnetly be backThank you ToneA36 for your visit! We hope to see you guys again.Management Team

We were a table of 3, and were recommended by the waiter to have the seafood platter for 2 that was big enough for 3 he said. He was right we got a platter of a whole sea bass, a whole sea bream, a fillet of salmon, 3 tiger prawns, squid, cuttle fish, octopus, a pan of sea food rice, 2 types of potatoes, and some vegetables for 35euros! Brilliant he advised to have the house white wine at 6.50eros a bottle, perfect! A great place to eat, go there!

Not far from the center it is a restaurant where the Aveiro bourgeoise goes. The food â mainly the fish dishes - is good and the service is fast and kind. The price is fair for what you get but it is not a cheap restaurant. Enjoy!

I had great experience in this restaurant, the fish was perfectly cooked, and the seafood rice and "migas" that accompany the dish were also full of flavour. The prices are around 20â¬/person which is a very modest price for what you get.Give a try to the amazing coconut mousse, fresh and full of flavour.I'll definitely return to Marinhas.

Good location very near the main canal. The decor is very average and so is the food. The presentation is nothing special and so is the taste. Big portions ,a bit tasteless.Price : moderate

Small, local resturant in a fishing port that sells freshly caught and grilled fish of all kinds. We had amazing, meaty, succulent brill for two, one of the best fish dishes I have eated in years. everything cooked on an outdoor grill with the family in the kitchen. Unhurried but attentive service

If you don't know what to choose, the waiter shows you the fish. Taste is excellent. Positive surprise when receiving the bill. A must go in Aveiro.
