Called here with my better half after a days shop browsing and buying wevsat outside on a bench and ate our lovely fish chips and mushy peas very very nice and a very reasonable price .We love Ashbourne and often visit trying different eateries every time we go.I work in Ashbourne and love the place and it's people very friendly lot.

I visited along with two friends and our children. It was the fireworks night in Ashbourne so very busy. Although a queue we were served quickly and in a friendly manner. We ate in the restaurant and it didnât take long for the food to arrive. We all had different dishes and all enjoyed what we had, even the kiddies. Perfect way to start the bonfire weekend!

While on a grey day visit to Ashbourne, we meandered around the town and my wife commented that for all the pubs,cafes etc there was no sign of a fish and chip shop.Eventually,we came across one in Church St that had seated facilities in an adjacent,private room.We ordered our fayre and were so pleasantly surprised by the quality and presentation of the food but also the very reasonable price.Well worth a try
