Wasnât sure what to expect as it looked a bit âtouristyâ and the menu was a bit non-descript. However the waiter suggested we try the oven baked fish - fresh fish caught locally in one of two sauces. It was delicious! The waiter was friendly and efficient and I would recommend if youâre looking for fresh fish from the island.Thank you very much our fish and seafood is fresh of the day and our waiters will always recommend the best

Really not good.Food was very poor and very rushed. Service was chaotic. Asked several times to pay the bill but was ignored. When the bill finally arrived it stated tuna 10.50 x2 21 euros. We only had 1 tuna so had to wait another 5 minutes for the correct bill. Saw other people waiting for the waiter to bring the change.. Avoid.

We are a small family restaurant. Modest, with simple decoration. Located in the same port of "Puerto Base", Puerto Rico. We try to specialize in fish and seafood specialties. Offer a warm and attentive service. And we do not pretend to be the best restau
Really enjoyed our first visit, steak was amazing and my boyfriend has the fish special which he really enjoyed . We were seated and served quickly and the staff was really polite. However our second visit was let down due to not being served for 15 minutes after both members of the staff continued to walk past us. Food was ok and staff seemed uninterested until we paidEstimada amiga.

We stayed at Donana a stones throw away ,so Montsemar was just the job for a good morning coffee and a panoramic view of the beach and sea. Dinner was special with quick, professional service . Highlights were Prawns in spinach with a curry sauce excellent . Their lasagne was one of the best-ever! Apparently the chef is Italian and so its made with fresh pasta. Teamed with some warm ciabatta to mop the tomato sauce up-moorish.....House wine by the glass is generous and good value both white and red. Unlike mainland Spain where diners arrive with small children at 10pm to eat -in Gran Canaria 9.30 seems to be clearing up time in some places.

As a regular to Puerto Rico over 25 years only discovered this hidden away restaurant in April 2018. It's location next to a small beach with active fishing boats is ideal, a short walk away from one the most charming church built into rocks. Most of all try any of the food and prepare to be astonished. As an over 70 year old who has travelled the world I have not found better even in places 10 times more expensive. Go there and be delighted! We can only humbly thank you for your opinion. We are very happy to know that everything was to your liking during your visit and we hope to see you many more times in "La Bahia ..."

Had a fabulous evening meal at El Guanches Grill this evening with my sister. The owner and restaurant staff are polite and really friendly. They serve exceptionally good meals and we had a great evening. Prices are reasonable, portion sizes are very generous. They go out of their way to make sure everything is ok with your meal. Would definitely recommend this restaurant in Puerto Rico and will definitely be returning.

This is definitely a place for locals to eat and we found it by accident whilst driving slowly to the airport on the last day of our holiday. It is next to a cement factory but offers wonderful fish dishes and much more. We had ice cold drinks at a table right next to the beach and spent a long while enjoying everything going on around us. The food looked amazing.

The last restaurant . You see the correct informacion. Luminoso informativo. Nice view. Tapas paellas fish meat.
Visited on basis of great TripAdvisor rating on the Monday of Hols only to find it closes that day. Returning on the Wednesday, we received a warm welcome and despite not booking, a table was found for us.Drinks sorted out, menu viewed and we decided on having starters of 5 Tapas between the three of us - real mistake as these are pretty large portions. We had:Black pudding (Local made with almonds (7 good sized slices which tasted lovely)Garlic Bread with Aleoli- 8 piecesCanarian Potatoes - 15 mixed size Potatoes - beautifulChorizo & onions - fabulous tasting in a large bowl and were almost a meal in themselves. For mains, I had Salmon with a mint sauce and vegetables. A combination I would never have thought would go together. In fact, as presented it didn't. The salmon was delicious, a large fillet but absolutely covered in a thick cream sauce which had only a hint of mint - not at all nice. When I scraped the sauce off, the meal became tasty and the mint presence complemented the fish - please chef, don't overdo the sauce and especially the heavy cream constituent. The other two diners had Scampi which both described as dry, bland and tasteless. Major issue was the coating on the pretty large pieces of Scampi. They found it was so dry as to be inedible but removed from each piece, the Scampi itself was not too bad.Good starters and perhaps unfortunate choice of mains left us undecided about a return visit.

Restaurante Julia - A bite that make you smile - Closed for vacation. 1 june - 8 july sorry for the inconvenience!
Julia is one of the good, old restaurants in Arguineguin, and that alone is a proof of quality where many resturants «comes and goes». Service is and friendly, and the food very good, especially their seafood. My favorite is «Mejillones de la Casa».And the view speaks for itself.
