Per puro caso, il 16 agosto, non un giorno qualsiasi, siamo entrati in questo ristorante che francamente conoscevo solo come pizzeria.Un incontro inaspettato e assolutamente soddisfacente...ho avuto modo di assaggiare una piccola degustazione di antipasti cotti di mare ed un solo primo, spaghetti aglio e olio in crema di cozze....e mi è partito il piacere di mangiare. Piatti cotti a regola d'arte,la cottura del merluzzo ha lasciato che la polpa fosse ancora non secca come spesso accade....Una bottiglia di rosè pugliese ed un conto che ha rilevato, a mio avviso un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo....da ritornarci ci calma...PS il gelato poi....?

Location particolare, staff appassionato e cordiale. Salmone affumicato dalla consistenza e sapore speciale. Polipo morbido e gustoso. Primi dal gusto e abbinamento particolare. Verdure del proprio orto raccolte poche ore prima. Assaggio di olio buonissimo.. Consigliatissimo.

Today we have a Lunch, which we have enjoyed a lot.We had a Prima- Papardelle Italian pasta with shrimps, truffle and saffron sauce.Fresh salad with good quality tomatoes and rucolla, Row plate - Oysters, sea urchin and mussels.We had a bottle of amazing Pugliese Chardonnay, water melon and Amaro italiano.That was fresh and very very tasty, the service was just excellent, waiters and also owner were professional. We paid 80 ⬠for 2 person.Altamura city is 150 km from the city we are living in, weâll come back deffenetly soon to that restaurant.

Is something different in comparison with the general proposals that you can find in Altamura. Very high quality at a very reasonable prices and you can heat the best quality as regards meat but prepared and cooked in a special and innovative way. Is not only "nouvelle cousine" and they did what is very difficoult to do : link together the best traditional flavours with a new form of elegance . The place is not so big ( maximum 40-45 places) and services are good as usual for this area . Prices are really ok but pay attention with the wine's chart ,some wines as like as the Vignapedale by Torrevento is out of price . In Rome you pay for it 12 a bottle here 16 and we're about 40 kms from the production zone

The location is very central. We manage to celebrate a birthday we were quiet few people, the sitting layout was good nice big space.The owner has made to us a standard menu: started/ two main course/second course to choose Meat or Fish. Overall no complain at all!A bit disappointed about the fish Spigola, letâs say was better if we didnât order, the meat tagliata was amazing!Thanks

That restaurant is conveniently located on one of the main roads of Altamura and quite near to the beautiful cathedral. Inside the decor is pleasant with trump d'oeil on the ceiling, bright and cheerful atmosphere. We had 'orecchiette with cime di rapa' and 'tagliata of podolica beef with artichokes'.We had some local Primitivo wine, good and well balanced.Very attentive and courteous service.
