Convivial chain dishing up hearty portions of New Orleans-style seafood, steaks, salads & more.
Pappadeaux is a great option for fresh seafood, on a very good menu. Weâve been many times at the restaurant and always loved it, but this last time we were treated over the top by manager Ty Garza, his attention to our personal needs made a memorable experience. If youâre in the McAllen metro area be sure to visit Pappadeaux, you wonât be disappointed.
This has got to be the best restaurant for seafood! They have a wide variety of plates and Specials too! My family and I go there often as the service is good, prices very reasonable and the ambiance is great for family. We keep coming back time and time again because of our server Gustavo. He is top notch and an asset to the company!

There is not one thing on the menu that I've tasted that I wouldn't order again. The only problem is making up my mind. My husband and I celebrated our 40th anniversary there with our kids and grandkids. Everyone was extremely happy with their meal, even the kids. The service was beyond great and we never felt neglected or hurried. I highly recommend ordering from the appetizer menu if you're not too hungry as the portions are generous. The hand tossed cocktails are amazing as is the shrimp & grits... but the moroccan salmon is a must try as well. The steaks are cooked to perfection and every side is delicious too. Can't rave enough about Pappadeaux's!!!
