Find out what Scandinavian restaurants to try in Nacka. Nacka is the municipal seat of Nacka Municipality and part of Stockholm urban area in Sweden. The municipality's name harks back to a 16th-century industrial operation established by the Crown at Nacka farmstead where conditions for water mills are good. However, and somewhat confusingly, that spot is not densely populated today and the municipal seat is on land that once belonged to Järla farmstead on the other side of Lake Järla.

Lovely evening with incredible food, attentive but not intrusive service, impeccable wine list and opulent period interior. We had the 7 course tasting menu with wine pairing and we weren't disappointed. The staff is extremely knowledgeable. We were treated with a few bonus courses which were also delicious. This restaurant is worth its Michelin star. We will return!

On the positive side, the food was interesting - fresh, inventive and nicely presented, delivered with a detailed explanation of what was being served. The smoked cabbage with fish eggs was tasty but not amazing. Similarly the mackerel with horseradish foam and salad. Each dish was the size of a starter but described as âmediumâ we had two each, a glass of wine each and a desert for 900. The hot bread rolls were a nice touch. On the negative side the restaurant was is very small with an open kitchen and it was just too warm - on a cool summer night we needed the paper hand fans they provided to stop sweating. The tables were painfully close together, so that you could not avoid your neighboursâ conversation and that does not make for a relaxing evening. Had the food been knockout we might have forgiven the temperature and cramped tables but it was only good, maybe better than any other meal we had over 3 nights in Stockholm but not as special as the restaurant believes itâs serving. Oh and I nearly forgot the music- how could I? Playing the Spice Girls (What you really really want) and Buggles (Video killed the radio star) is not something any restaurant should do. Ever.

A warm mountain cabin in the middle of Stockholm's Old city. Sometimes the city feels too big, stressful and anonymous, this is why we have created Brinken. Just a short walk from Stockholm central, you step straight into warmth of a mountain cabin. Come
We passed this restaurant by luck, it is very small in a street just away from the tourist street. We always look out for those places and we were totally surprised. The place had such a nice atmosphere with very kind personal who made the best meatballs! I can recommend you the Creme brûlée as well! Certainly a place to come back to when we visit Stockholm again!Thank you you for your review and kind words! We are small restaurant based on a cabin in the woods design, so thatâs our charm.Everything is prepared fresh with our small menu so we are happy that you enjoyed your visit.Hopefully you come back soon!

We returned for a lunch with teenager and elderly people mixed. Everybody found very tasty alternatives on the menue. The staff were friendly and tending in a very good way. The food is good but the size of some dishes are way too small when linking them to the price they come with. Especially when teenagers are present, then it would be nice with some extra bread.

Evenings Tuesday - Saturday 5 PM to 11 PM. We also serve lunch Monday - Friday 11.30 AM - 2 PM.
We booked this restaurant after reading an article online and were not disappointed.Itâs a small restaurant in a quiet location a 10 minute walk from Gamla stan. Inside it sits roughly 20-25 people including bar stools and tables. We had a lovely table in the corner. The staff were warm and friendly and helped us with the menu which was not in English. We opted for a 6 course taster menu which was absolutely delicious. Would recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting Stockholm. Not too expensive for a beautiful meal.

The beautiful waterfront location and the huge windows make this a brilliant place to grab a drink or two. It is so cool. It's a really stylish bar, with more Swedes than tourists. The staff are quite friendly, and the cocktails were great. The prices were typical for Stockholm although remember that they don't take cash here, like most of the rest of the city.If you visit one bar when you are visiting Stockholm, visit this one. Its gorgeous.

A very hyped place that is very fully booked and trendy as trendy can be,hipster and a mix of foodies and tourists Small place, and completely different from everything you have tried before, I guarantee you this.it is anarchy and chaos under control from take off to landing.Do not bother to dress up to muck, to dark and crowded to see and notice anyways.BE IN TIME, ur you will not be in the same timing as the others guests in your seating time.Best time to come I guess is 19.30 or 20.00, and again, be in time, but not to early, it will spoil the surprises.Do not bother to go if u are picky and do not like loud and noisy and chaos for a few hours, because it is not for everyone this concept, and it is absolutely not for free.Food is of high standard, drink is also decent, but not to much, and if you order extra u pay with your blood.Take the set menu with alcohol included, and have a beer before you arrive to get in the mood.Good vibe, staff is friendly but not to friendly, and that is absolutely correct in this place, and be aware that everting goes faster than you can copy with so just let go and follow the flow, open your mouth and close your brain, and just enjoy a full foodie experience and be carpet bombed with taste and noice.A must book place and it will cost you cash, but try it once, and off the list.

Rosendals Garden is closed for the season from 22nd of December - 31st of January 2019. We are open daily 11am â 4pm from February 1st 2019.
This is greenhouse dining in an amazing garden setting. No-frills, fresh, organic food, and delicious baked goods. The gazpacho was about the best I have ever had, and I lived in Spain. The breads are wonderful and even the selection of tea was really nice.A very Swedish, âin the know âplace.

Went for dinner on a Saturday night with four people and unfortunately the restaurant was fully reserved. Luckily, they were able to accommodate us at the bar next door and we ordered off the "snack menu". Everything we had was amazing. We tried almost everything; the salmon bun was probably the most favorite and the fried padrones were also a surprise hit.
