Great place to eat, we have been here so many times since moving to York that they know us by name. We have never been disappointed and the food is always consistant. People drive from miles around to visit this place and it also has a wedding venue. Has to be the top place to eat in York at this time. But we have a lot of new restaurants coming as the York are continues to revitalize.

We have lived from coast to coast and enjoyed food from all over. Donuts have never compared to the donuts of southern California... until we found Rainbow! They are that good. Get there early if you want a fritter as they will sell out fast. I've heard the rest of their menu is good too but for me its just been donuts...so far.

I have eaten at this place multiple times but my parents eat here several times a month. It really is the best flounder that I have ever eaten. The portions are big. It's a fried fish place for sure. It's small but awesome! I wish that I lived closer because I would eat here once a week if I could.

There are over 100 favors. They will let you sample anything. The ice is shaved so nice that it absorbs all the juice and is a great treat from start to finish. There are several seating options as well as lots of games to play after you finish your treat. Ladder ball, corn hole, hula hoops, and more!

Good lasagna dinners. Good service. Can get crowded on weekends. Place is ok not a high end restaurant. Just good oh country people and locals.

My wife and I had lunch and found the food and service to be very good. I had the Fajitas Rosita and my wife the Enchiladas with cream. Both were plentiful and delicious.

Our commitment to providing the York community with the freshest dishes from both land and sea has made us a local establishment. Menu favorites include hush puppies and the salad bar which is available to all dinner guests! Owned and operated locally since the '70s, we're proud to continue the legacy of flavorful food served with a side of Southern hospitality.
Everybody has a bad day occasionally and I don't know why but I think Old York Seafood was just having a bad day. First, let me point out emphatically that the server and general service was impeccable. Our server was fantastic! Great service. The food was ... just okay. Catfish filet had a somewhat strong flavor. Baby shrimp ranged from pea sized to quarter size making it a nearly impossible task not to, but the result is largely overcooked, chewy shrimp. In fact all of the fish seemed to be overcooked to the extreme. One in our group had a hair on his plate but the server reacted admirably. Chicken strips were overcooked and dry. This was Mother's Day and we had a large group. I won't hold it against them, We'll just hope for a better result next time.

My husband, daughter and I went in for dinner and got there about 7:00. We were seated fairly quickly and our orders taken alright, but it took over 30 mins. for my daughters dinner to get there, another 10 for mine and an additional 20 for my husbands. His calzone was nearly burnt on the outside and raw on the inside. At least we didn't have to pay for his but we still haven't been back.

Fine dining restaurant, bar and caterer offering an array of American cuisine, including steaks, seafood, burgers, Sunday brunch and more. More than just a place to eat, we also feature live music, spoken word, and special events.
They have been open just a couple weeks and we have been twice! Once the day after the soft opening for lunch and again this morning for brunch. Our first experience was great especially having "Henry" serve us. He was an older gentleman that knew how to treat customers like know other. The Rueben I had was great. The brunch was good, but, after seeing the previous brunch pictures it was a little disappointing, still good but the previous week was more what we were expecting and think we could have said it was wonderful. Suggest posting your brunch menu online as that would help, maybe Facebook or update the website ! That would allow expectations to be with what was being served. But, we are so excited to have this place in York.
Also, just for info. there are 2 experiences at the restaurant, one is more formal which is what we have done. The other side is more sports bar/informal and has music groups, readings, etc. Can't wait to try that out. Try this place.

I had never been to this restaurant. My husband had been years ago. It's clean, great decor, friendly wait staff. My husband had his standard burger that he said was delish if on the small side. The house chips with ranch dip as a side were very good. I opted for the salad bar. Everything was fresh. There aren't a lot of options on the salad bar but it was crisp and delicious. We will definitely be back. I want to try the crab cake wrap. Nice to find somewhere local and independent that I want to check out again!
