Handcrafted for Five Generations Since 1870. Louis and Regina Graeter started handcrafting Graeter's Ice Cream in 1870. Today, generations later, we proudly remain family owned and operated. This is made possible thanks to you, our legion of loyal fans. For a century and a half, Graeter's has remained steadfast in our commitment to making ice cream in 2 gallon French Pots one batch at a time.
Worthington loves its Graeter's. Summer evenings, there is always a crowd with kids enjoying ice cream on the brick wall. Even in winter, it does a brisk business inside. Benches and the wall outside, parlor tables and chairs inside. Our daughters worked here, learned to be extremely engaged and pleasant in taking orders and deep cleaning at night's end, plus got significant amount toward college expenses at the end of the summer from sharing the tip jar. They dont have the crazy flavors as Jeni's, but they're our favorite, especially the chocolate chunks in your ice cream (raspberry for me!).

This is strictly a review about their cookies. My husband loves cookies and we have been checking out different bakeries in the Columbus area. The peanut butter cookies were ok in my hubby’s opinion. Nothing special. We did like the pecan shortbread cookies. Will have try the cakes and donuts. The staff was very friendly and personable.

I live a few blocks from Sassafras and I try to make a weekly trip on Saturday mornings. Their scones, cookies and DONUT MUFFIN are delicious. The staff is super friendly and always ready with a smile. The hours are somewhat limited but other than that, I have no complaints.

After a long Labor Day drive, Google found this restaurant for us. Our waiter Bronil treated us to some very special dishes gratis when he found out how far we had driven to eat there. We both had lamb entrees which were beautifully served and tasted delicious - just the right amount of heat. Because of the extras Bronil provided, we couldn't finish the meal. The finishing touch on the great servcie was another order of naan, gratis, sent home with the leftovers. I wish I lived nearby so I could go on a regular basis.

If you want wonderful bake goods, come here. The rhubarb pie is one of my favorites (I like it without the strawberries), and the cakes are to die for.

First time @ Whitney House and could not have been more pleased! Fabulous french press coffee, outstanding steak and eggs (medium rare, perfectly done) and the simple side of potatoes was stellar - nice and crispy yet soft, moist and slightest hint of rosemary. Hipster clean straightforward ambiance - we're looking forward to checking it out for dinner. Great spot, superb addition to downtown Worthington!

Celebrating a birthday and headed to Natalie's for dinner with family. While we had no reservation they were able to seat us promptly around 5:45 on a Saturday night. They offer tables, bar seating and high top tab;e along the far wall; also outdoor seating. While there was no live entertainment while we were present, there was evidence of a band that was setting up to play on the stage. Ordered two different pizzas, wine, beet salad, etc. All combined for three of us the price was VERY reasonable and the good was GREAT! This is one of those places you may pass by if casually driving around and looking for something to pop out of the urban landscape screaming stop and "eat here." My recommendation is "stop and eat there."

This has been my first visit. I like the concept, you self serve & you only pay for the cup size. I love coffee ice cream, so I got that, what a disappointment. Sadly it tasted nothing like coffee. The cookie dough (your base of the sundae, if you want), was thick like cookie dough should be, but I didn't like it. Toppings were good, although sad they only had Whole peanuts instead of almonds or walnuts. But overall, I thought it was ok. I can now mark this off my list, I had at least tried it.

We were welcomed to an early evening reservation with smiling faces. First class treatment. Every food item was prepared beautifully. Our waiter Joseph was fun, informative, and attentive without being intrusive, The appetizers were exploratory in taste and delightful to share amongst the family. However we wished they had been slightly more generous with the crusts to enjoy the generous amount of spread they give you. We enjoyed our cocktails and main entrees as well. I tried the grouse and duck plate, and although I discovered the grouse was not my favorite meat, it was cooked perfectly, and presented very nicely. The duck was perfect. The children enjoyed the filet mignon and bison steak. Another member found her meal to be different than she expected. She felt it was well prepared, but she felt she should have asked better questions. Her advice is to have the waiter explain clearly what you are ordering if you exploring something new. Overall it was a fun memorable evening, and I would return. It is very expensive and it will be reserved for special occasions.
