The food is outstanding. I have not got anything that I didn't like. The people give great serves and are very pleasant and co-operate. I am certainly glad is close enough to go from Hamilton regularly. It gets my highest rating by far.

The breakfast buffet was the usual suspects if eggs, bacon, sausage, biscuits and gravy, pancakes, fresh fruit, etc. Every thing was more like table service freshness than "I've been sitting on the buffet, you gotta love me anyway" food.
Dinner was really tasty and would be worth going out of the way for.

My wife and I both ordered a Mexican Quesadilla, which was good: grilled veggies and beans tucked between two flour tortillas and topped with guacamole and cheese sauce. The service was excellent and the prices reasonable for generous servings. The salsa had a nice bite. There was nothing wrong with this meal, and we would not hesitate to dine here again when in Fayette. The only reason that the rating isn't higher is that the dish wasn't as satisfying as favorite dishes at our favorite Mexican restaurant (Los Tarascos) in Tuscaloosa. I do recommend giving Huatulco a try if passing through Fayette!

Don't miss out on this hidden gem. Once a old grocery store these owners have transformed this into a unique restaurant with vintages signs and decor. Very friendly with lots of southern charm and hospitality.
The food is homemade from their signature bar-b-q ribs, chicken fingers, smoked chicken (my favorite) with delicious white sauce. All the sauces are from scratch and yummy. Don't forget the sides baked beans, potato salad and many more. They also serve a great breakfast Monday thru Friday with some truly southern "cat head" homemade biscuits with gravy or syrup and butter.
This is a new must stop restaurant when visiting family and friends back home. A+

This is a VERY small town, with limited food options. This is the only Mexican in town and it is pretty good. The staff is always friendly and the service is always fast. They are a little stingy with the salsa, but not with the margaritas. If it happens to be nice weather outside they have an outdoor seating area. It is a reliable place that I go to often.

Their chicken fingers are their most popular item and I always enjoy them. If anyone goes there and get's the chicken fingers ask them to cut them up in 3 or 4 pieces because they are much better when they are cooked in pieces. They are pretty big if not cut up.

While the power was out. We couldn't sleep. So we travel to find and still listen out for bad weather. Stop for early breakfasts. Thank goodness they had power. They said the light blink for a couple of times. Any way we had omelets and hash browns. Service was great food was very good. Thank goodness they were open.

I ordered two take out plates from Chops. One being ribs and the other, hamburger steak. The prices for plate at this restaurant are extremely reasonable. Our food was good. The hamburger steak was great and the ribs were good, but just a little overcooked on the edges. The baked beans are a good side dish. They have a drive thru window (it used to be an old pizza joint), so I didn't even have to change out of my sweatpants to go pick it up. Nice!
