I visited trip advisor to see what was good in Verdi when I was there doing work. Decided to try #1 place after seeing reviews and pics. Had fish and chips, the fries were good the fish was amazing. Nice people, fast service, great views, would definitely do it again.

Stopped by this little restaurant with some friends to see what it was all about. This is possibly a mom and pop shop. It only has 4 or 5 tables and there is no service. In addition it was smelly form the lack of sufficient exhaust in the kitchen. I ordered a breakfast burrito an a small ice tea. The cost was $12 and change, a bit high for what you get. The wait was long and the proprietress forgot to get me my ice tea. I am not sure if I ma going to go back for a second try.

We found this place pretty good for a chain restaurant. The atmosphere is bright & cheery with an 'American Graffiti' motif. Our lunch was satisfying and the service & prices were OK too.

Maria's Mexican restaurant replaced another Mexican restaurant where food was sometimes inedible and staff would argue with you if one complained.Marias is a vast improvement. The food is good and the staff is always cheerful and willing to serve. It has a full bar and the margaritas are very tasty.
Con: Not much ambiance.

Verdi Grill is a family friendly atmosphere. Family owned and operated. A hidden gem it has been referred to. We have lots of out door seating, horse shoe pit, and a indoor game room. Full bar separate form the dinning room. Don't be fooled by the quite setting. We serve great food. One of the best burgers you will ever have. You will be waited on with friendly service and leave happy and full. Most likely with a to go box because of our large portions. We are defiantly a must try!
Had pizza and salad. I have to say the food is very good. However, my order clearly stated no croutons and no onions on the salad, yet the cook still put them on. I asked for no onions on the pizza too. But, waitress didn't note that. We also overheard another table say they had asked for extra cheese on pizza and didn't get it. Also asked for "dressing on the side" for their salad and didn't get it either. They need to work out the customer service bugs or they will loose customers.
Also, they need a website!

This place recently opened. They changed up the interior a bit from the prior restaurant that was in this location. Seems to be more open, warm and welcoming. If it had been open for months, I would probably given it a '3 (fair)', but it's new and they really care and obviously want to succeed. They are still changing their menu and figuring out what is included with what, so the waitresses are struggling to keep up with the changes. Their beer selection is good. I had their brussel sprouts with bacon appetizer. It was delicious, albeit pricey. I had their ribs for an entrée. The meat was good. The sauce too hot for my taste, but my husband - who likes hot seasoning - thought they were very good. 1/2 rack of ribs for $10 with two sides - definitely reasonable. Most of their menu is along the lines of pizza & burgers, but they have some salads for healthier options. Hopefully they can iron out the 'beginning' wrinkles in short order while continuing to put out good food.

Took my niece here for her birthday as she is vegan and heard this was a good option. The menu was varied and had options for meat eaters and vegans alike which is a plus. The plates were creative and healthy. I ordered the pupusas, with beans and chicken. Now, these were ok but maybe it’s because I make my own pupusas. The beans were ok and there were 2 small cubes of chicken. The sauce was bland and had no heat. I would not order those again. Penne verdura was what my niece had and she was happy with her dish. It was quite pricey as well... our bill was nearly $40 and my plate was fairly small portioned. I would give this place another try but stick with sandwiches or salads or the black bean burger

This is basically a coffee stop on one of those off-the-interstate cafe's attached to a Casino. It has the big signs on the freeway as you get near, and the signs probably haven't been updated in a few years as it seems that the breakfast "deal" on the sign is not what you see when you get in the cafe. Still, the prices are ok and comparable to the "big box" chain restaurants. Not great pricing. Expensive orange juice for me. For a simple breakfast, it was $16.70 before tip.
The food was pretty good (excepting eggs), but then again, how badly can breakfast get screwed up? I had the steak and eggs for $12. Steak was cooked nicely and not chewy. It seems ironic and funny that even before starting this review I had planned to say that someone should educate the cook on the difference between "over easy" and "over medium" eggs. Regardless of which one you say, the eggs are going to be very running and the white is barely cooked. Another reviewers said almost the same thing.
The waitress was friendly and respectful, but I did notice she was very business oriented and she decided if I was ok, not me. Almost like a drone. Example, she comes to the table and I said "I like to have the steak and eggs with hash browns, and white bread toast." She immediately asked "What kind of toast do you want?" so what I said went in one ear and out the other. Then she asked, "Do you want hash browns". Later, when she walked by several tables, including mine, she said "You are ok", on to the next table, "You are ok", etc. It was a statement, not a question. Shouldn't I be deciding if I am ok or need something? Again, this is not to take away from her friendly attitude. It is just that she seemed to be programmed to do things her way.
By looking at another review, it seems the coffee was considered expensive. I did not order coffee, but there was a very attentive man regularly coming to each table and about to pour coffee and asking if I wanted some. No mention that it would cost me if I did. He acts as if it is free.
Here is where my rating drops to average 2 star. It is because of the smoky casino that is open to the cafe. Once the food came and the air conditioning kicked in, I smelled a strong odor of cigarette smoke from frantic gamblers in the casino. Thus, I ate quickly and got out of there. It was very noticeable. For that reason alone, I will never return to this cafe. The cafe and casino seem to share the same air system and wide open to each other with no separate doors. I should mention that long ago I was a smoker so you might think I would not notice this problem, yet I was bothered by it.

One of my all time favorite breakfast spots! There is a large variety of scrumptious options on the menu that make choosing sometimes challenging! My all time favorite is their Huevos Rancheros but you can't go wrong with one of their Benedict options or anything else for that matter. This is not a bargain restaurant yet the prices are reasonable and the meals are well worth the price for delicious, generous portions!
