We share a large, easy in, easy out parking area with Treasure Isle Boat Rentals.
Many flavors of good ice cream and friendly staff! They make their own delicious waffle cones, too. This place is a regular stop for us when we visit the area!

We are proud to serve the freshest Gulf Seafood on the market. In addition we only buy wild caught seafood we will NEVER buy any farm raised seafood. Our kitchen is a fusion of The Gulf Coast; from New Orleans to the Tampa Beach Coast and their regional influences. Most of our Ingredients are Fresh from the Gulf and Florida. We don’t have walk-in coolers or big storage areas so we have to go to the market often to guarantee the freshness of our ingredients. In addition we offer 16 craft beers on tap many from the local area and New orleans
We tried the grouper bites- came with a nice dipping sauce, shrimp alfredo- just ok- too many peas, noodles were penne, coconut shrimp - better than PJs, and crab cakes. Loved the beet slaw. Tavern atmosphere, cool historic pictures of Treasure Island throughout the restaurant.

Quaint outdoor deck was refreshing for coffee and breakfast. Service was friendly and prompt. Croissants of breakfast sandwiches were hot and very tasty. Numerous flavors of coffee available. Cinnamon rolls and fruit danishes were tempting. Full bar for extra spice. Ample parking. Gulf Blvd traffic was a bit distracting, but not a negative. Good for people-watching and relaxing. We made a return trip and not disappointed.

Dixie's Doghouse is Florida's OLDEST Chicago Hot Dog restaurant. Established in 1970, Dixie's features only the finest Vienna Beef hot dogs and italian beef. We also offer Fire Dogs, Bratwurst, Polish Sausage, Pizza puffs, Wings, Sliders, and great Chicken Sandwiches. Beer and Wine available all the time! We use real ice cream in our milkshakes, floats, and malts. We make our own Blue cheese to make our wings the best .
If you're a hot dog lover like I am, you'll enjoy this tiny hole in the wall. It's got a few picnic tables outside and two small tables inside, so it's more of a take-out joint. It's not about the ambiance at this place, it's...MoreThanks for coming and for the good review. Actually, we have been in business 48 yrs, making us Florida's OLDEST Chicago Style restaurant. Superb food & service with a very ecletic menu.
Lovely restaurant that takes food seriously! Awesome tuna/crab volcano and Sea Bass Tagine, however, filet only ok. Green beans were perfect! Definitely recommend for when you get tired of the typical casual fare in the area. Excellent service -Allison was great!

Took my granddaughter there. Spent 10 minutes trying to pick the flavor she wanted, Idf yoiu have the time, the entertainment value is worth as much as the yum value.

Relative new restaurant with fine food and indoor/outdoor seating. Music indoors was too loud for our tastes so sat in the covered outdoors. Wasn't used to a smoker near our table.
Food was fresh(Haddock) and the vegetable plate we developed was very good. Half price bottles of wine on Weds. Walked about a half mile to get their but was quick, safe and comfortable.

The food was very very good. However, the music can be too loud for conversation. My wife and I met up with friends that we had not seen in about a year. Our dining experience was terrific. The patty melts are gargantuan. Seriously folks, these are almost 2" thick patties on these patty melts. The seared tuna tacos are to die for. The small taco salad is enough for one person and also very tasty. My only complaint is that the music was way too loud. It started out at a comfortable level where you could still carry on a conversation without yelling. Once you have to raise your voice to have a conversation, the music is too loud.
P.S. You gotta try the queso.
