The gelato is always fresh and fabulous. The team that works here knows how to build a rapport with customers and give samples until you figure out which delicacy you want. And the seating area is large and comfy. Just go! Or pick it up at Whole Foods.

Voted best lobster roll in the Midcoast! We have great slab pizza, sandwiches, beer & wine selection with friendly service. Everyone is welcome at Libby's!
Not much ambience but the lobster rolls more than make up for the lack of water nearby. Huge chunks of absolutely fresh lobster on a toasted buttered bun. The price is high but even the small roll contains a large amount of meat. Other grilled sandwiches available but we always get the lobster roll.

So after I was given one of these donuts 2 years ago I have been hooked, I can't eat another dunkin' donuts donut without craving one of these (since they are so much better). They are made fresh each morning and the store closes when they have run out. The best description I can give of the glazed twist is that it tastes like a cloud!! DO TRY!!

A bright, friendly, breakfast/lunch restaurant featuring American cuisine and authentic burritos. We also offer homemade baked goods featuring our fantastic whoopie pies, magnificent muffin munch, carrot cakes and other super treats. We serve organic locally roasted coffee by Brunswick's Wicked Joe and offer several Gluten-free options and serve Gluten-free baked goods by Bam-Bam Bakery of Portland.
Our son (local) said this is his favorite spot for breakfast so we had to give it a try
It's a small place, just across the river from downtown Brunswick and is a cute spot
Obviously, I had to give their blueberry pancakes a try (interestingly, maple syrup is an "upcharge") and my wife had the egg-tastic.
Also had the hot chocolate which was pretty good....the service was prompt in spite of it being nearly full (again, small place so that doesn't take too much) and it didn't take long to get our order
Here was the downside The upcharged syrup came in a TINY receptacle and was $1.49 That's CRAZY. The pancakes were very good but my wife's sandwich had a tiny piece of toothpick inside it ...not a pleasant "surprise"

Little Dog is an institution in Brunswick...seating is tough during the semester with Bowdoin undergraduates intensely working (or surfing the internet :). They have Coffee by Design coffee and make a great iced latte. A frequent stop by us Falmouthers on our way north. Or after a breakfast around the corner at Wild Oats.

Stopped in for lunch today. Love the atmosphere. Great beer selection. We waited wayyyy too long for our lunch. Our waitress was nice, but a social butterfly. Often distracted. The food was pretty good as far as taste but 3 of the 5 meals we ordered came out wrong. I get it places get busy but how about a little quality control? I really wanted to love this place. We will try it again...hopefully a better outcome.

Tao Yuan serves excellently prepared food; the problem is, how can you enjoy any food that is thrown on the table so quickly that you can’t enjoy one dish before the next is dumped on top of it?
We usually have the tasting menu at Tao, and have learned to request Slow Serve, so that each dish can be enjoyed in its time. This evening, we brought friends for their first visit, decided on a la carte rather than the tasting menu. As a precaution, I specified to the waiter that we didn’t want the courses delivered in a rush. Despite a repeated request to the waiter, it just got worse and worse, so that the entire evening was ruined for me.
They ended up comping us dessert, but I was past even wanting dessert by that time. If I’d wanted everything tossed on the table at once, I would have gone to a dim sum place.
Perhaps it would be better for Cara Stadler to improve and maintain quality at her existing two restaurants rather than opening two additional ones.
From a disappointed friend of Tao Yuan.

Our neighbor recommended the Kopper Kettle. The facility is POPULAR; we were seated at the counter quickly. Coffee appeared amazingly fast, good hot coffee. The specials were interesting, we ordered from the copious menu. My wife ordered an omelette with Turkey and spinach, this writer is a creature for poached eggs and hash. Watching the kitchen staff turn out a multitude of wondrous looking creations (they work hard, as do the servers) we knew we would be pleased. Both preparations were excellent, fresh, tasty bread and English Muffins, perfectly cooked eggs and fillings; not a flaw. The homemade hash exceptional.
Well done Kopper Kettle staff; we shall return.

A cafe, deli and bakery that serves all-natural, from-scratch food, including homemade soups, deli salads, made-to-order sandwiches, hand-formed loaf breads, muffins and scones, cookies and cupcakes, cakes and pies and more!
Wild Oats is a required stop whenever we visit family in nearby Bath, ME. The bakery items are always fresh and, based on taste, I assume made from scratch with high-quality ingredients. Think grandmother’s kitchen where butter is fully appreciated. On this most recent trip we shared a goldmine cookie, espresso brownie, peanut butter Rice Krispie treat, and a s’mores bar and all were fantastic! We also had quiche, a hand pie, a deli sandwich and an array of soups and chilis. My cheeseburger soup was so yummy I’m writing this review in hope Wild Oats will reply back to this post with the recipe. <3

Ate lunch. The seafood chowder was good, nice and thick. Had the classic burger thinking it would be smaller--wrong it was large, cooked as requested and juicy. What more would you want? Service was good. The food seemed a bit slow coming out, but still not bad
