We visited for my wife's birthday. It was a great place to celebrate the day as the atmosphere is quiet and relaxed with just the right level of class. (Live acoustic background music also). Parking is available behind the building for those who are unfamiliar with the area (me). Definitely recommend reservations as there were a few seats open at 6:30 on a Saturday, but the place was full by 7 pm.
The appetizers (artichoke dip/crab cakes) were fine. The pork shoulder was well received as were the other dishes (filet and Brie Pasta.). I appreciated that they had a bit of a range in offerings to satisfy groups that may include people with narrow palates.
The bread was phenomenal.
I always like to find something to complain about...so here it is: they don't have sweet tea

Stopped in to get a coffee. I got the Costa Rican and my friend got a Buckeye Latte. All delicious and staff super helpful and friendly. The place is very clean and nicely decorated.

We went here after a baseball game and were not impressed by service or food. The chocolate on the dipped cones was too hard, the blizzard we ordered was the wrong flavor and runny. I'm keeping in mind that this is an inexpensive place for treats, but you still expect a quality item for your money. Dairy Queen down the road in Vandalia is much better.

When in Tipp City you must stop by Greenfire Bistro for lunch or dinner. The seafood is the best and freshest in town. The chef offers creative fusion dishes that will satisfy any palette. The wine selection is also good and most are selected to compliment the dishes offered. Oh yeah, half price on all wines on Weds!!!

For the most part you're going to fine standard American fare and comfort food. Those options are good. However, if you want something unique, you can also get those here. For examples, have you ever thought about putting a Rueben sandwich into an egg rool? No? Well, Harrison's did! These fun and eclectic surprises make places like this much more enjoyable.

This is apparently a staple for the Tipp City community. It is a quaint little diner that is tucked away in the heart of the downtown main street. You have to add your name to a wait list and be prepared to wait for a seat. The main dining rooms has maybe 3 tables and a long bar area. Then there are two smaller dining rooms off to the side. This place is not intended for large parties. As a first time visitor, I assumed that the line meant people were waiting for a table so we went to the bar. A server was not happy and asked us if we signed the list (who knew we wrote down our own names) and then asked us if we checked with everyone standing to make sure they didn't want a seat at the bar. Once we sat down they asked us to move to the end of the bar area, no problem, that made sense. However, the three servers also used the end of the bar area to stand around and talk and text in between servicing the tables. Again, I'm sure it's a small town atmosphere and people just have grown to expect that kind of service, I don't know. The service was all but great to out of towners.
The menu was your typical diner food. It was good but not great enough to go back. Even though next time I would know what to do when I arrived.

This is a locally owned Mexican restaurant with full menu and full bar offerings.
This is Tipp's new long-awaited full-service Mexican restaurant. Based on three visits it was worth the wait. The owners bring extensive experience managing south-of-the-border dining to the venture, which has been operating just a few months. The menu is standard Mexican, and the food is well prepared. Drinks are generous and definitely not watered down. Service is attentive and the staff is friendly. Don't be surprised if the owner stops at your table to make sure everything is to your satisfaction. Don't be discouraged by an apparently packed parking lot. Dos Lunas is located directly behind a popular sports bar, so a lot of people are attracted to the area. The place is immense, so seating should not be a problem any time and any day.

Had a wonderful relaxing lunch at this cozy Victorian tearoom! Gourmet chicken salad on a croissant, spinach strawberry salad with walnuts and a delicious poppyseed dressing, followed by two varieties of warm scones with Devonshire cream...heaven!! The tea was hibiscus pineapple lychee, very tasty. The staff made us feel right at home and we're already planning to return for high tea.
