We stopped here for lunch. I ordered their special Chicken and Biscuits. It was fabulous. They certainly know how to do chicken it was cooked perfect. My friends had chicken strips and fried chicken and they thoroughly enjoyed their meals also. The service was very good for how busy they were. They were very polite and friendly.

We were in town visiting and we're recommended to stop by and try the windchill. The ice cream was super yummy, portions were huge, prices were Fair, staff was friendly and quick. Went there 3 times in our five-day visit! The only downside was the root beer slush my husband got. Something just wasn't quite right. Perhaps the employee was new or added forgot to add an ingredient? Not quite sure but it was mostly water.
Anyway, kids loved it! Cute rustic setting. Served grill food also.

The donuts are fresh and the coffee is fresh and full of flavor. The staff is friendly and eager to quickly please you the hungry customer. This donut restaurant is clean, bright, and cheerful and a thoroughly pleasant place to stop for a snack and coffee while on the road. We have been here several times in different months and seasons and it has always been an up-beat place for a driving break. The restrooms are spotless, and everything shines. Most relaxing!

Well this was the recommend place to go in a town that's small, but if you have allergies it's not the place for you. Thay have a posted sign for nuts cross contamination, which was good but they use soy in most of their products, via vegetable oil. And what didn't have soy and was made with canola oil one thing was a canoli which was the worse I ever had, soggy shell, mealy ricotta and no flavor, it was suppose to be a marscapone mix but it wasn't good, so for me this place didn't work out they did have choices but not for anyone with any allergy problems.

One of the best diners I've ever found! This place brings you back to when you were a kid with the lunch counter, swivel stools and a feel of yesterday. The food was great, the coffee even better. Tell me where you can get breakfast...MoreThank you for stopping in! We are glad you enjoyed your breakfast. Please visit Ticonderoga again, and stop by!

Stopped by on our way out of town after visiting Ft. Ticonderoga. Great food and service. The staff was more than attentive. Offered several types of BBQ sauce with our meal. No complaints.

The dining area here is very pleasant and our server was very good. They had several specials and seemed to be very accommodating. The portions were very generous. We thought prices were reasonable. They are not open on Sunday's. The food and service are above the average hotel restaurant.

A beautiful view of the Adirondack Mountains combined with a pleasant comfortable dining room, good service and food made for our first evening while visiting Ft. Ticonderoga a great experience. Both of our meals, stuffed flounder and eggplant parm came with salad as well as other accompaniments. There were crusty warm rolls that preceeded dinner and very ample glasses of wine. Everything was affordably priced and good quality.

The Wagon Wheel is the type of place where locals go for a good, inexpensive meal without a great deal of frills. The menu, while expensive, is not overly fancy, is what one would expect with what might be called 'comfort food.' The food is prepared well. The service is good. There is a limited bar. Recommended for a place to get a good meal without frills/

Our Ti family took us here for dinner and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The autumn decorations were charming and the food was yum! Scallops wrapped in bacon, fried mushrooms, burgers, fries, onion rings, cookies.... we ate it all! We went at dusk and watched the view of the Fort across the lake slowly fade into darkness. Warm, inviting and popular with the locals. Owner was very friendly. We loved it.
