The wait is long but the outstanding food is worth the wait. Hiring more staff would be good for them and good for Falmouth. Make sure you have time and don't miss this spot
for breakfast or lunch. Delicious pastries and special sandwiches and quiche.
The people are very nice there are just not enough to service the establishment.

The regular drip coffee is good here, but the macchiato is excellent. We also sampled a couple of pastries they offered - the chocolate croissant was pretty flaky (fairly authentic), but the florentine was more cookie-like (not so Italian). Nonetheless, a good place for a pick-me-up, with lively local atmosphere.

This ice cream shop is one of the cutest ever, filled with plush cows, little tables and a great staff ! There are tables outside too, and some under a huge umbrella. The staff greets everyone, are very pleasant scoopers, and the ice cream they scoop is just marvelous ! We tried another local (not Smittys) shop, and were very disappointed. Smitty himself is a gem, and you are most likely to find him at this Falmouth location (he has other shops). They have home made waffle cones too ! My favorite is Rocky Road, made with walnuts ! You must try SMITTY"S !!!

C Salt Wine Bar & Grille, which opened in July 2013, is a lively, yet intimately comfortable and trendy Cape Cod restaurant that blends American Cuisine with French and Asian influences. The management team is composed of Chef / Owner Jonathan Philips and his wife Jill, along with industry veteran, Maître d' / Sommelier Errol Joseph. The restaurant features a full bar with crafted cocktails as well as a balanced wine list that allows for a variety of wonderful food and wine pairings. The upstairs parlor and the seasonal outside garden provide ideal opportunities for a relaxing before and/or after dinner lounge experience. C you soon
We dined here on a Wednesday nigh. We had made a reservation which is suggested. It has a cozy intimate atmosphere with a very nice bar.We started with calamari which was tender and sweet and very lightly fried served with a delicious sauce. My entree was pan seared scallops served on risotto. It was excellent! My husband had a steak which he enjoyed. We shared truffle fries which would have easily fed four. We had great service and look forward to our next visit!

This place looks like it has great ice cream in many different flavors (they even have lobster...yes...lobster ice cream), but my review is for their chocolate. Yes, it is expensive, but yes, it is sooooo worth it. My two favorites are dark chocolate covered macadamia nut clusters, and dark chocolate covered almonds, nut clusters; they are OMG awsome!

Our inn host and a friend steered us here and we are glad they did. The service, atmosphere and food were impeccable. The Glass Onion presents the appropriate level of class and sophistication without being pretentious - not an easy balance to establish and maintain.

French creperie restaurant, specialized in savory and sweet crepes, also offering salads, soups and smoothies. Open year around non stop service from 9am to closing. wine, Beer and Hard Cider selection available.
I was skeptical of a crepe based restaurant... seemed too 1970's... but I am willing to admit I was totally wrong. The buckwheat crepes were amazing and a surprise, so much better than flour based. We ordered the crepes with a side of soup.... as much as we liked the ones we had, I trust we could have picked any menu option and been very happy. They are doing A LOT of things right... I went on a rainy October week day afternoon and nearly every table was filled. Good for them. Nice, attentive, likable people... I will be back. Congrats!!!

Stop here because I saw it on Diners, Drive Ins, and Dives and looked interesting. First it is none of the three choices. Had mainly sandwich selections to pick from for lunch and none sounded that great. The 'sammies' were disappointing cold sandwiches and the Firehouse was anything but spicy. All in all the menu was a disappointment but service and quality saved it from being anything lower than an average lunch restaurant.

The pizzas here did look good - but very large.
We had a mac n cheese between us - it was still a challenging meal. all around us tables were giving up the fight and taking doggy bags home. Although this is common in America, in this restaurant it seemed that taking some of the food home was pre-planned.
It is a large restaurant - and it was very hot. Maybe it was the heat from the pizza oven - but American restaurants aren't usually this hot.

Añejo Mexican Bistro offers a unique take on fresh Mexican cuisine and cocktails offered in a fun, sophisticated atmosphere on Main Street in Falmouth
One of the best spots on the Cape by far, offers authentic fair in a casual fun environment. The menu of fare and spirits is extensive without being intimidating, except for the tequila selection which is over the top great:). The server was well informed and made a fabulous suggestion of a "light" margarita which was exceptional, had 2! The food is traditional with some terrific twists, not your typical watered down Mexican fare, THANK YOU Anejo's. The scallop tostada was the BEST Mexican dish I have had in years, fresh creative and delicious. My partner in crime thoroughly enjoyed his Tablones Torta, short ribs heaven. The restaurant can be very busy year round for dinner and weekend lunches, not a surprise, but no matter what time you go it's great! Staff were awesome!! Offers outside seating during warmer weather, great spot to sit and enjoy downtown Falmouth.
