This place has been here forever. Great pastries fresh baked. Birthday cakes are the best ever! Wish they had Napoleans.

Have been eating here for 13 years. It's consistently good. The sushi could be a little fresher! Pricing is average.

Best pizza in Vernon area! I love going to this place! They have really good pizza. Sicilian is my favorite! I think its odd when my boyfriend's parents order from here they screw up orders though. I still love this place anyway. They should fix their take out section!

On the advice of our B&B nearby we stopped in for dinner tonight (a busy Friday night) and were seated promptly without reservations. David, our waiter (very helpful and sweet) sold us on the specials - an appetizer with smoked mozzarella cheese and some prosciutto and an entree of almond-crusted grouper over spinach which was out of this world! Apparently we got the last two and were we every lucky. A side of home-made pasta complimented the meal. For dessert we shared a slice of the chocolate lovers cake, which for these two chocola-holics was divine. Forgot to mention the complimentary garlic bread with a tomato topping that was delish, that came prior to the appetizer as well as the fabulous bread that came with the meal. I requested olive oil for the bread which was also top quality. I can see why this place gets great reviews. Terrific food and great service - who could ask for anything more?

Our meal was pretty good. I wouldn't say it was great but with very limited choices in the area this would be a safe stop for a decent meal.

I've been to the Lamp Post Inn on many occasions, dinner with friends, dinner with my wife, family gatherings, business lunches and community service organization meetings. I've never once been disappointed with food or service. Sal, the owner, and his crew do a fantastic job. I can't wait to go again!

Being a native New Jerseyan who's moved to AZ, I've had them everywhere and believe me, this place is hard to beat. Not only are the bagels both chewy and crisp at the same time, but the cream cheese fillings are to die for. I had raisin walnut cream cheese on a Black Russian...I was in bagel heaven! And they are NOT stingy with the cream cheese -- it was almost like a slice of cheesecake filled my bagel.
The owner and staff are super friendly and they offer a bevy of flavored coffees, which I always mix, yum. For an unbeatable bagel experience (yes, it's an experience) pls visit here whenever you can, even if you have to go out of your way.

My adult family & I have been to this relatively new restaurant several times which sits quietly in the small shopping strip on Route 23 in Wantage, NJ. We initially went in because we heard their sushi was fresh & good. We have since returned many times not only for the sushi but for Chinese food, for Hibachi steak & shrimp, and for other dishes. The food is consistently good, and the staff could not be more accommodating.
The decor is typical Asian decor, and the restaurant is clean and nicely furnished. During the week, it is quiet and you will most likely always find a table there. On the weekends, not only is the restaurant busy & full, but folks come in for take-out orders too. It's a busy place. This is also a place nice enough for a special occasion dinner.
We also like that it's a BYOB restaurant. In Sussex County, there are not a lot of good restaurants so this definitely should be listed in that category. You won't be disappointed, no matter what you select.
