Genuine Nepalese and Indian Cuisine
The pricing for this Indian restaurant is three times more than any Indian restaurant I have ever been too. The proportion of food is very minimal for the price you’re paying. I went on a Friday night and the restaurant was pretty busy and they only had two waiters working. And one of the waiters also sat guests as they came in. Our food came out cold but the breads didn’t come out to 45 minutes later. You cannot eat Indian food without the bread. We are very disappointed with the service and the quality of food for the price we paid. There other Indian restaurants in Stuart that have better service better food and better pricing.

Small family owned and operated restaurant, croweded and loud at times. Italian cuisine with a modern twist on some recipes. Gluten Free available Eat In and Take Out. Reservations sugested
This was our first visit to this location. Smaller than their other restaurant on US 1 but nice. I thinks it’s the same menu and the prices r the same. Very good service. It’s nice that soup or salad comes with your meal and four garlic knots. Pasta dishes start at $18. Anything with chicken or veal or seafood starts about $23
We had a specialty appetizer of crab stuffed artichoke. Poor choice on our part. There were 5 on the plate and barely a tablespoon of stuffing in them and drizzled with olive oil and it was served warmish for $17.95. Totally not worth it. The large Osso bucco was $33. A good size of meat on top of linguine and diced tomatoes and carrots which i think was meant to be a chunky tomato sauce. The meat was tender. I wouldn’t get it again. The eggplant was good. They have it prepared three different ways and comes with a side of pasta or broccoli for $19. Most glasses of wine were $11 and beer was $4-8. There is no happy hour. We shared amaretto tiramasu for dessert. Big portion and it was $7. We’ll probably go back.

Riverwalk Cafe and Oyster Bar is located in one of Stuart's most historic downtown buildings and is positively quaint. Riverwalk Cafe features over 120 selections of quality wine and over 50 available by the glass, the freshest seafood, USDA Prime Center Cut Steak and our fresh oyster raw bar.
The food was excellent and the bartender and staff made our visit a pleasure.
Attention to detail provided a relaxed elegance while keeping a comfortable pub atmosphere. Definitely a winner! Oh yes and the steamed mussels were enough to share with my husband as he enjoyed the Ahi tuna. Will return if in the area. Enjoyed an after dinner stroll in the renovated Old Downtown Stuart.

Casual meets Upscale. Local seafood, meats and vegetables prepared fresh daily. Fun and upbeat atmosphere with great hospitality
Starting with the positive, the food was excellent. Well-prepared and of obvious good quality. Our waiter was friendly, attentive, and professional. It was a pleasure to sit down to the meal.
However.... given how popular and praised the Gafford is, my front-end experience was baffling. We arrived 6 minutes early for a 5 o'clock reservation mainly as a courtesy to the restaurant. The bar was full but the dining room was empty, although all of the tables were set. The host informed me that we couldn't be seated early. She told us "dining room opens at 5, that's out policy". Not "would you like to wait in the bar, would you like to look at the menu?" - just a curt - "that's our policy". Seriously. I am not kidding. It was rather like being at the DMV. The place was empty, the tables were ready and we had to stand in the entry area like idiots for EXACTLY 6 minutes. She stood at the podium and we stood in the way just... standing while the clock ticked down 6 minutes. Tick, tick, tick. Next stupid move - I asked if we could have a two-top that was not surrounded by tables that were set for big parties and was told that it had been requested by someone else and, therefore - no. Well, you guessed it, dear readers, after eating and settling up that little old table was still EMPTY. Whether because of a poorly trained staff person (unacceptable) or because the staff are rule-bound by policy and unable to make common-sense decisions on their own (not wise management), my experience just gaining entry to Gaffords was quite annoying. I am glad that I didn't have guests in tow for this visit - it would have been embarrassing.
I hate writing dunning reviews for a restaurant that otherwise was excellent, but the host makes the first impression and someone able to make customers feel welcome, while managing seating and flow is, IMO, important.

Packed full on a Tuesday night, my friend and I opted to sit at the first open space, which was the counter. I had the macadamia crusted snapper, which was perfection-on-a-plate. My friend had the pasta special and loved it. From our vantage point we were amazed to see so much great food coming from that tiny kitchen. I would definitely return any time I’m back in Stuart.

Enjoyed meal, but surprised with bill. $18.95 volcano fish dinner was $32.95. Waiter suggested a particular fish & we said sure. He did not mention the price difference & it was not listed on menu. 2 of 3 guests ordered this meal. May or may not have selected specialty fish, but staff should have told the price. Disappointed.

Don’t let the outside fool you! It looks like an absolute dump but the food is fabulous! Went with a group of 7 friends and, at their recommendation, started with Royal Reds - special, deep sea shrimp. As someone else mentioned, one would think these tasty morsels were little lobsters. Yum! For dinner, I opted for the fresh catch - tile fish, sautéed in garlic and wine with a savory rice and the cucumber-tomato salad and a local red ale. Everything was delicious! And the service was excellent! Our waiter was quite an attentive young man. I would definitely go back...again and again! There were quite a few dishes on the menu I’d like to try.

Wife and I wanted a quiet, relaxed dinner...TB fits the bill perfectly. Wife ordered the Pork Pineapple whichis sauteed w/ pineapple, shitake mushroom, box choy, scallion, and red pepper in coconut milk curry paste sauce. I ordered the Eggplant - Shitake Mushroom which is sauteed w/ zucchini, onion, red pepper and basil leaves in a (subtle) garlic brown sauce. I asked that shrimp be added. To my great surprise there were 8 perfectly cooked shrimp. Both our dishes were delicious and included two LARGE scoops of white rice, sufficient to soak up every last grain of rice. I noticed that every pinky-sized piece of eggplant, zucchini, onion, and red pepper were cut exactly the same size, a real treat. The real STARS of both dishes were the sauces which you'll just have to decide for yourself. In the spirit of full disclosure, this is really a la carte. There was no soup or salad; not was there any bead or rolls. the only choice of ice cream was banana. There were several desert options which we declined.

Cant believe a restaurant with a name like Flanigan's doesn't offer a Rueben Sandwich! They do specialize in ribs - which again doesn't make sense for a restaurant with an Irish name! Real nice daily specials and a great bartender!

Located in Historic Downtown Stuart, Florida winner of the "Most Beautiful City" from America In Bloom, the story of Osceola Street Cafe begins, when in early 2000, Marlene Gordon and Beth Novins decided to go into business together. New to the area, they quickly fell in love with Downtown Stuart and started their Café crusade as a tiny coffee shop which was originally located a couple of doors down from their present pose. With a large leap of faith and a huge amount of dedication, Marlene and Beth moved out and over to a larger location and since café that compliments our area with "Good food, good service, and 'Like Home' comfort." That comfort is one that many locals enjoy on a daily basis. Many of Osceola Street Café's customers are regulars. Few venues are unique enough to have the relationship that exists at Osceola Street Café. It's made up of not just customers, but a community.
I stopped for lunch and had the J.D. Chicken Panini wrap because they say it's a specialty. Not that impressed. In fact, the only thing that impressed me about Stuart is the number of lawyers in that town. Geez, they're everywhere! For a small town, how do they all stay busy? The dining scene did not seem to be the big draw in this town. But I'm sure the fishing is good...so long as the sharks don't steal your catch.
