Ok, so some of the best BBQ I have had in years. Had the combination plate with polish sausage, pulled pork and ribs. Side of baked beans and campfire potatoes. Can I just say, that right there is what everyone who loves to eat should get. ALWAYS.
Service is a tab bit lacking. Lol. Not the friendliest people, but the food more than makes up for any lack of personality.

I have ordered a couple of times lately and the cakes and cupcakes are so delicious! I really like the Bavarian cream filling in the cakes! Lynn has a helpful staff and she always gets the order out on time! Highly recommend ! They have great pies and cookies too!

The kind folks at FillaBun serve very tasty burgers. Each order is made "to order" so it takes a bit of time to get your burger and fries, but the wait is not that long and is so VERY much worth the little bit of time it takes. And they make some wonderful specialty burgers. My favorite is the Brunch Burger, which is made with ham in addition to the hamburger patty, along with some bacon and all topped with a fried egg. Their fries are delicious, as are their onion rings (note that most likely they use frozen products, but they do fry them up very well). They're very friendly folks, and in addition to the food, they also sell used books and DVD's.

This is a great place for cocktails after work with friends. Cozy atmosphere, nice and warm. The food was tasty. A little pricey but generous proportions made up for it. The cocktails were very reasonably priced and you could even taste the alcohol. Friendly staff. Convenient location. Definitely a place to check out.

I won't use this review to knock the other donut shop here in town. They're not bad, and I've never left feeling disappointed there - unless I'm there late enough in the morning that they're out of donuts.
What I WILL use this review for is to let others know that, YES!!!!!!, there IS another donut shop in town, and boy howdy, do they know how to serve a good donut! There's something in the way they make their deep fried doughy offerings that just adds that special *oomph* to the overall donut experience. What it is, I'm sure, is their secret.
And on top of it all you are treated with an honestly felt dose of friendly hospitality.
And coffee. Get some of their coffee!

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE Lynn's cakes. I've been lucky enough to have several, never had one that wasn't great. This lady takes pride in her craft, as well she should. Great Prices and better product than any other bakery in town. If I'm not making it myself, only Lynn's will do!

You don't usually think of small towns and great Italian restaurants, but this is the exception. Located right in "downtown" Skiatook on a corner. The atmosphere is very charming and you feel like you have walked into a cozy European restaurant. We came at an off time so can't comment on how service would be during high traffic times, but service and food were excellent. Daily specials during the week. Prices are very reasonable - $10 - $12 for a meal. Warm bread and dipping oil before your meal. (the herbs and garlic were fresh - for my taste could have used a bit more flavor in the oil, but overall very good.). Will be back again next time we get up to Skiatook.

Quite simply, forget about Rib Crib; Donnie Teel shows you how barbecue should be done. If you're in Tulsa, drive up here now. If you're traveling down US 75, take the 86th Street Exit, head east until you get to Highway 11, and head into Sperry. I don't care if you've already eaten. You need to eat some barbecue here. You have to.
Ribs here are phenomenal. So is every single other smoked meat he conjurs up. On Wednesdays, he'll smoke prime rib. Usually that's a terrible thing to do to prime rib. But the way Donnie treats it, it comes out magical. Life transforming, even.
The closest competition Donnie has in this area is Mac's. They run hand in hand in terms of quality. But as much as I love Mac's, I have to admit I have to give the edge in terms of quality to the ribs from Buffalo's Barbecue. They are consistently the best ribs you'll come across, period.
Yes, it's in a trailer, in a parking lot of a donut shop. That simple fact is just icing on the cake. If it's nice, sure, you can eat at one of the picnic tables there. But take it home and enjoy it.
You know you want to.

Doughnut King is located just across the street from the Tastee Freeze. Great service, great selection of donuts, biscuits and gravy, sausage rolls, etc., check them out, you won't regret it! Okay, it was after 11 a.m. and I had a graving for a donut, took a chance and stopped, so glad I did! I selected a maple glazed, chocolate glazed and a strawberry glazed, ohh, my waste line. I will definitely be back, probably every week!

The service here is amazing old-fashioned, make-you-feel-welcome Latino hospitality. The wait staff was very friendly and attentive, filling our beverages several times as we waited for all our party to arrive. I had steak fajita fixings without the tortilla (have to go GF), and it was fairly good for the price. Large portions, very filling and tasty.
