The Yurt at Solitude features a unique dining experience limited to a maximum of 24 people. Available Thursday through Sunday during the winter season only.
You start with snow shoeing to the yurt. Not really necessary, but it was fun to try it. The Yurt is small, but bigger than I expected. The food was out of this world delicious and the service was fantastic. It was a little pricey, but for the experience and the service I didn't feel disappointed in any way. This was a Valentines gift for my husband. I wanted to give him something different. Totally scored on this one! The only recommendation I could make is take your own flash light for the trek back. We had to find our own way back to the lodge in the dark. Other than that, book early since the spots fill up quickly and if you can, take a group. Would've been a lot more fun with friends.

Located 1 mile from Solitude Ski Resort and 3 miles from Brighton Ski Resort. FREE SHUTTLE to and from Silver Fork Lodge & Restaurant for guests of Brighton and Solitude Resorts and Silver Fork Lodge.
We had a party of 6 on 2 separate visits while skiing at Brighton Resort. They sent a vehicle to pick us and return us to our lodge. Pepper steak, meatloaf, shrimp and grits, lamb special with hash browns, and seared tuna special. All awesome. Good wine list, a must visit if you are in the area. Oooo and root beer served in a boot!

Classic sushi restaurant with both traditional and cutting edge, Japanese inspired small plates perfect for sharing.
The food is delucious--maki, salad, soup--everything. Service is great too. Efficient yet friendly. In fact, of the 4 places visited during this trip Yukon Yama was number 1 for food, service, and value.

While Lespri offers what might be considered traditional steakhouse fare, I was more impressed by what else was on the menu. Moreover, the five very different dishes we ordered were consistently delicious. I personally recommend the osso bucco with parmesan polenta and roasted carrots. Don't forget dessert — in particular the beignets. The service is friendly and attentive. My only complaint: The small dining room can become a bit loud on a busy night.

A great place to grab an adult drink and warm up in-between ski runs at Brighton Resort. Bar or Table service is available. Customers must be age 21 or older. Happy skiing...
It was the first time we became aware of Utah's odd alcohol laws. Underage were not allowed access to this environment. A rare service minded waiter unlocked a room on the lower floor where no tempting drinks were exposed, where we got the chance to eat our "nutritious" lunch. Thanks for the effort.Next visit I think she's old enough to try the rustic and charming cowboy bar one floor up.

With its scenic deck facing the mountains, the Honeycomb Grill serves dynamic, contemporary American fare. A full bar, wine and beer are also available. Honeycomb Grill will open for winter operations on Saturday, December 2, 2017.
We stopped for lunch at this grill while we were up snowboarding. I ordered the Poutine and a coffee. OMG! The poutine was AWESOME! Talk about comfort food! We had been there before (several times) so I like to try different things on the menu. Everything has been great so far, but this was by far my favorite. I will be eating this again. The service was great and the bathrooms are clean.

Visited Riverhorse on our last night. Excellent service, attentive and just the right speed. We enjoyed three courses including the game trio which was delicious. It is pricey but then so is everywhere in Park City. Strong kids menu. Booking highly recommended

St. Bernard's features a variety of European family favorites in a casual buffet-style setting. St. Bernard's is only open during the winter season.
While the food was good, the atmosphere was completely overwhelmed by the stalking of the buffet waiting for promised items to come out. As the meals are prepared only in small batches, items seem to run out exceedingly quickly. During our meal, there were some items that were constantly "on their way out", but never actually arrived. And when an item did arrive, there was a rush to get it before it disappeared. This led to hoarding of some items because folks in front on me in line knew they weren't going to see it again. Admittedly, buffets are not my style, but this was even less pleasant than expected.
