Stopped for lunch with my wife and daughter. They have many selections on their menu. I had a pulled pork sandwich, topped with coleslaw on a kaiser bun. It was delicious and the portion was generous. My wife, who must eat gluten free, enjoyed a burger on a gluten free kaiser bun. They have a very large selection of in house brewed beers. I had a Firehouse beer and part of the sale is donated to the local fire department. Will definitely return when we are in the area.

This Starbucks is on the Slippery Rock University campus and you need a parking pass to park. Parking is rather difficult.

Who doesn't love ice cream? Summer brings people out, getting over their cabin fever, usually coming to Dairy Queen, still open when others have come and gone.

Nice for a family dinner. Excellent service. Good variety of menu options. They don't serve alcohol but you are welcome to bring your own bottle of wine.

Bob's Subs are a staple in Slippery Rock. They have been serving the same great sandwiches for years.

I can't come to Slippery Rock without stopping at Coney Island. They have the absolute best grilled chicken salad around. The grandkids love the chili cheese fries! They have a great selection of sandwiches too.

4 of us stopped for dinner on the way to Chautauqua, New York. We took a shot based upon reviews.
Well...the reviews were right. The food is inexpensive ( way under priced...examples: meatballs are $.50 each instead of $1-$2), quantities are great and quality is quite outstanding. I would highly recommend if you are in the area. Ask for Bob the owner. He is very responsive to any question you may have. Kaylee was our server and she was fantastic ( ask for her...upbeat, nice kid). Eggplant was great, chicken masala was equally as good.

Katana's Asian Cuisine is a great addition to the Slippery Rock dining scene! The dining room is attractive and the Bento Box lunches are terrific! There are ten options and all are served with soup or salad (the salad was wonderfully crisp & fresh) plus white rice and 3 pieces each of California roll and shumai. I had the excellent vegetable tempura and my husband had the tasty teriyaki tofu. Both were served hot & fresh. We will return next time our travels take us to Slippery Rock University!

We took our son to Ginger Hill on a visit to him after a basketball game at Slippery Rock University. The atmosphere was great. We were seated quickly. Our waitress was wonderful and all the food was served quickly. Everything was good. The drink menu was very nice. My Hello Kitty was very good

Having checked trip advisor and a reference from our hotel front desk, we went over to Coffaro's. We got a16 slice, cheese, pepperoni, mushrooms, peppers and onions..fresh dough , served quickly, super friendly staff, it's in a bowling alley...would like richer tomato flavor, but it was very good, $15.58 + tax and tip...would go again!!
