We love this place and have been there and also written great reviews. The food is always tasty and fresh. Today was an exception. Three of the meals were great, grilled shrimp and steamed broccoli, Hibachi chicken and chicken fried rice. All came with clear soup, which was very tasty and light to start the meal. One dish, the chicken pas thai was the exception. The chicken was very over done and dry, there was way too much sauce on it and it was covered in a large amount of crushed peanuts. I asked for it to be made spicy and the cook must have not received that message. I sent it back and ordered the hibachi chicken. The cook later came out and apologized stating he got a little busy in the kitchen and must have over cooked the chicken. That's all okay because the rest of the food was very good and very fresh. The biggest problem was the young man that was the waiter. Without getting into some of the exchanges we are still trying to figure out if he didn't speak English or he was just not very bright. It was very difficult conversing with him and getting our requests across. He was not attentive, not checking with us after serving the food. I had to wait for him to come back to tell him about the dry chicken, and after I told him he proceeded to slowly fill 4 water glasses before going back to order my other dish, as a result everyone was almost done eating before my replacement dish came out. He left the dirty dishes on the table for a long time and took a very long time to return with the credit card after we were finished. This kid needs to get on the ball because he could be bad for business and this is a shame for this place that has always had very good service and food. We will give it another try and just hope he's not our waiter or has improved a greatdeal.

The ice cream here was awesome. I like that they use a local homemade ice cream company that uses an old style process that most companies don’t use anymore. I could really taste the difference. It would be nice if it opened prior to 2pm, but that’s okay.

Great variety-plenty to choose from for adults and children alike! A bit pricey, but the quality of the ice cream makes up for the higher price. I've been here a few times, sometimes with friends. Service is not consistently good, but the ice cream is delicious! As others have mentioned, it is in the same shopping center as My Italian Cousin. If you are still hungry after eating there, it is THE place to go for dessert!

Mo-Bay Grill's International Cuisine is Chef Wesley Campbell's award winning inspiration. Everyone who loves quality food served in a tropical atmosphere will discover a great locale to escape life's daily stress and enjoy meeting friends. We offer exciting tropical and fresh seafood, steaks, chops, pasta, jerk chicken and oxtail dishes prepared with the kind of magic ingredients, dazzling presentation and unique combination of textures, taste and flavors that have become our tradition.
We went to the Mo-Bay on a recommendation from a friend - and we were not disappointed! A casual dining spot with an interesting Caribbean flair. Friendly and efficient wait staff made the experience even better.
We started with She-Crab soup, which was divine - thick and spicy, just as it should be (take it from someone with Virginia Tidewater heritage!). The mains were super as well - she had a beautiful blackened salmon, I had a perfectly done sirloin with blue cheese drizzled over the top liberally. Sides were lovely sweet potatoes and garlic mashed and we both had the mixed vegetable. Presented with flair and superbly plated, this place is just excellent!
We will return!!!

Publix on Sixth Street and Lenox in South Beach is a great store. The employees are consistently friendly and helpful. The store is large and has whatever one would need. There is a bakery, good produce section, and a deli. I was there every day of my stay!

"Casual Italian Cuisine"...Chi Mangia Bene, Vive Bene!
Locally owned Italian restaurant. Good selection and pricing. Gus the owner usually mingles with dinner guests. Wait staff very cherry, helpful, and knowledgeable. Specials every night. Reservations a good idea in the winter months. Only negative I wished Gus would stop using panko on the veal and go back to Italian bread crumbs, i love veal parm and can’t order it again......

This place is special relative to it being totally outside and being served in a relaxed manner. We were not in a hurry. The server (Amanda) was very attentive. We were there with our son and his family-boys ages 11 and 13. During our wait, the boys found many distractions ( bean bag/ ring throw/ steps) to keep them entertained. The adults got their drinks and placed their orders for appetizers (wings). We enjoyed the river view and the music. The entree food was very tasty- coconut shrimp, fish tacos, philly cheese steak, and fish sandwich.

Capt’n Butcher’s Restaurant is back open!!! Inside and Outside Dining Overlooking the Beautiful Indian River. Open for Lunch and Dinner. Two Full Liquor Bars with 16 Different Draft Beers. Many New Menu items to choose from. FRESH Fish Specials Daily.
Capt'n Butchers has recently opened under new management and offers a variety of fare, so all diners should be able to find something on the menu to please! Prime rib was cooked as ordered and was tender, and strip steak was good-sized serving, although it was chewy, and accompanying asparagus (tiny side) and mashed potatoes were tasty. Seafood Oscar (crab cake, shrimp, and scallops) was excellent, but for $32, was not a large serving, but, understandably, the shellfish, is expensive. Swordfish "fish of the day" was very good, and pork chops with sauce were substantial and excellent, as was portobello mushroom and pasta dish. Burger was also very good. Superfood salad was good-sized serving ($12) but was, essentially, coleslaw, with light citrus dressing and a few mandarin oranges (would try spinach salad instead in future), but vegetable medley side dish with variety of veggies, including carrots and carrots, had just the right amount of spicy tang - loved it, and it was very reasonably priced. Would recommend a veggie side with entree other than asparagus be offered so that patrons can have a choice, and that the veggie serving be larger. Drinks seemed weak and expensive, but wine prices seemed reasonable. Server was pleasant and accommodating. Overall, food prices seemed a bit high, but if prices were listed on website, it would be easier for patrons to plan ahead. Also, I believe a separate menu for lunch and dinner would make sense, with smaller serving sizes and prices for lunch. Ambiance was attractive both inside and out. Would like to see Capt'n Butchers survive, but think prices might need to come down a bit to do - especially at lunch. Lastly, flourless chocolate cake is worth a trip by itself - outstanding!

First, you only get the first basket of chips for free, after that it is $1.29. And the sour cream they give you is only one teaspoon size. My wife asked to trade her rice and beans for extra sour cream guac and pico. The waitress said no problem. When she dropped off the plate with her sour cream and guacamole it was just a teaspoon size and no pico de gallo. Then she brought her fajitas, which were not sizzling so they must have been sitting a while. My plate was barely warm when I got it so I know it had been sitting, the cheese in the enchilada had begun to congeal. The waitress didn't come back to check on us till we were nearly done and that's when I asked her for more sour cream and guacamole. She then brought some but charged us $5! I asked her about it and she refused to take it off the bill. She said that she had brought extra already and that was a bunch of you know what. Terrible customer service.
