Jumbo Sawmill Pizza We started out with the best on the boardwalk, then we made the biggest! The 27" Jumbo Sawmill Pizza isn't just pizza - it's a Jersey Shore tradition. Ocean Views Enjoy an unobstructed view of the beautiful Seaside Park Beach and Atlantic Ocean, while the iconic boardwalk awaits rebuilding. More Than Just Pizza The Sawmill's menu offers boardwalk classics as well as a raw bar, sandwiches, burgers, salads, full plates, pasta dishes, and more.
We visited Sawmill for dinner one evening while staying in Seaside. The restaurant was 1/2 block from our hotel, making it very convenient to check out. Along with my pizza, I ordered a Chicken Caesar Salad, which was very tasty. The chicken fingers ordered by one of the other adults were good but nothing out of the ordinary. We were pretty excited about the pizza since so much was written about the large slices. I have to say I was not overly impressed. Yes, the slices were large, but extremely thin, like there was barely any crust at all. The taste was good but not something that would bring me back to buy it again or to suggest other people have to try it. As others mentioned, it is a busy place and very noisy. Overall, it was an okay experience.

Serves Breakfast
We went to Bobber's for breakfast while vacationing in Seaside Hts.--it was only a couple of blocks from our condo, so it was nice to be able to walk there.
We had a group of 7, but even with a bigger group, we were still seated pretty quickly. Our server was awesome...I can't remember her name, and I wish I could, because she was really good--she was friendly, attentive and just a good server. I definitely give Bobber's an A+ for service.
The food was really good, as well, and the portions were huge, even though it was very affordable. I had the 3 pancakes and bacon and the pancakes were really good! Another in our group had an omelette and it was HUGE! Others had biscuits & gravy, and French toast. Everyone left very full and very happy!
We went to Bobbers on our last day of vacation. We wished we'd gone earlier in the week so we could make a return trip! We highly recommend to anyone looking for a really good, affordable breakfast!

We came here for dinner for my mother-in-law’s 95th birthday - what a treat! Although my brother-in-law and his wife live in Toms River, they had never been here before. We found it on TA and everything was wonderful! Our server Kate was great and the food was so delicious! I had the Shrimp fra diavolo and it was perfect- not too mild or too hot. My husband had the tortellini special and loved it. We also had the mussels, and stuffed mushrooms appetizer. Other dishes included the chicken francaise, ziti with shrimp/crab in vodka sauce and papardelle Bolognese. We’ve been to a number of Italian restaurants in the area, but this is definitely my favorite one! We’ll be back!

If you live in Toms River or the Jersey Shore you are sure to know of Obcos!
These donuts are to die for! Yes death by donut. Obcos makes their donuts fresh daily and then they stay open until sold out (which doesn't take long). Be prepared to stand on line, but don fret they move the line along because they have adequate help. And bring cash because they don't accept credit cards. Enjoy a Jersey Shore Icon!!!

Great dining experience. Both the food and the service were excellent. We started with stuffed artichoke and mussels (sauce was delicious), the chicken franchise and mashed potatoes was scrumptious and my husband's fish special was also very good. Bring your own wine and enjoy a tasty indoor or outdoor dining experience.

We visit my brother's family about once a year here in Seaside. I make a trip to the bakery almost every day. Diet be damned. Everything I've tried here is terrific, but the crumb buns are to die for. I love them. It's truly a shame that they only stay open for the summer season... come Labor Day and the place is closed again until the following beach season.

Ate there on a Sunday evening. Seated quickly, ordered our dinners but was disappointed in the tired tomato on the sandwich with the crab cake. Crab cake was fine but french fries and tomato should never have left the kitchen. French fries looked like they were sizzled one too many times and were cold. Empty ketchup bottle on the table. Not my best meal at the shore.

The setting is 'beachy'. The decor simple and tight for space. The service is friendly and speedy. On our visit omelettes and breakfast sandwiches were ordered. The portions were generous and tasty. Home fries were dry. The prices reflect the seasonal trade.

New restaurant where Ava's by the bay was.
I don’t know how many times I have been here, but I do know I’ve never been disappointed. I always order the walnut shrimp and have never regretted doing so. My sister in law had the stir fry chicken and said it was delicious. We had the ginger salad and it too, was great.

Had pizza slice with sausage, less than ordinary like the rest of the pizza on boardwalk. Happy food hunting
