Fantastic food but servings way too much food to eat. I ordered a kids menu and still had to take some home. Coleslaw was fantastic. Would highly recommend this restaurant. Service was excellent.

Save room for cake!!! Italian dishes and pizzas are delicious - but the real star is the flourless chocolate cake. Busy times would probably require a reservation. Belfast is small enough that you could always stroll Main Street while you wait for a table, making you extra hungry for dessert.

Great DD experience while I was on a weeks vacation in Belfast area. Right on the ball and friendly to "outsiders" unlike other local Maine coastal people. Knew my name after three days too! Excellent DD location on Route 1 with fast friendly service and the best attitudes! Thanks!

This a small, well maintained coffee and bakery spot! The pastries are all prepared in house and are very good! The staff is very friendly. And the coffee is organic and flavorful, with a free refill available. The only drawback is that Moonbat isn't open on several days of the week, and when it is open, it closes in the early afternoon, so one sometimes will have fewer goodies from which to choose if you get there later in the day.

Stopped in this local diner based on Trip Advisor reviews and enjoyed a good meal. Wonderful and friendly staff with great service. A down home dinner with good food. Fresh homemade pie and local ice cream were delicious! Great place for a good meal!

Good food - would recommend sitting in bar/pub room which has great character and lots of entertaining visuals....many offerings of small plates as well as specialty cocktails besides traditional dishes. Very reasonably priced and lovely service. Great music, as well. Memorable!

Coastal Cafe and Bakery is located in Historic Downtown Searsport, just a short walk from Mossman Park and the Searsport Dock. We serve made from scratch pastries, including in-house Croissants and orange Danishes We have baguettes baked fresh daily, with other breads baked fresh 3 times a week. We are a small cafe, and as such, both owners work in house. You can be assured that every item that leaves our kitchen is under strict quality control. If your in the area, stop on by and see what the buzz is about. We will do our best to make you feel at home, give exceptional service, and fresh local food.
Just stopped by chance, great quality and taste. Homemade bread was fantastic! My sandwich was, tart apple, cheddar cheese, spinach on cranberry walnut bread. Yum!

Went there last year and things changed from the last time I was there, which was a few years ago. The food was okay but it seems they sub out some of the meals on the menu now. It's not just a lobster pound anymore. They have hot meals now. But they seemed to be very unorganized putting it together. Haven't been back since.

We love the atmosphere in this family-run business. Owners Joan and Dave are incredibly friendly and make you feel at home! And—in the background—the 1950s rock and roll bops on! The counter, stools, and even the napkin holders and dishes also take you back to the mid-20th century, as do the crisp red-and-white uniforms and hats on the Back to the Future staff members, who are eager to serve you!
And, of course, there is the terrific selection of Roundtop ice cream available for eating on the spot or to take out in containers. You can even get an egg cream here! We also love the candy selections, particularly the chocolate turtles!
This is a great place to hang out and satisfy your sweet tooth!

Okay, it's a grocery store, but they have a full deli/bakery and the MOST AMAZING whoopie pies in the state of Maine! (and I've been trying various recipes for 30+ years!)
They may prepare sandwiches, soups, or salads to go, but it is a grocery store, not a restaurant. Really an old fashioned small town grocery, not a supermarket. Nonetheless, they have a pretty good grocery selection for such a small town.
