This fantastic establishment in downtown Port Chester offers a wide array of freshly baked items ( breads, muffins, scones, croissants, pies, cupcakes, cookies) PLUS delicious homemade soups and salads and sandwiches and a lovely salad bar. There are ample tables for dining in, too. Service is friendly and attentive. Definitely worth the drive from Westchester and lower Fairfield County.

nspired by a healthy, outdoor lifestyle, bartaco combines fresh, upscale street food with a coastal vibe in a relaxed environment. bartaco is specialty cocktails crafted with fresh-squeezed juices, beer out of a bottle, and hand-held foods delivered on metal trays. The rustic beach resort design complements the spirited bold and bright flavors of bartaco’s eclectic menu. The stylish ambience, cocktails, and freshly prepared tacos and “not tacos” create an unforgettable experience.
I've been to bar taco 3 times. The first by choice which was a very mediocre experience; huge wait, lousy drinks, cold food and poor service. Went back the next 2 times because friends insisted. Same experience as first time, however now I hear we have been exposed to hepatitis?! What in the world is the BOH thinking about reopening this place? Sorry, once again too much Instagram hype and no substance. And a side order of an infectious disease.

Although the $20 charge for breakfast seems a tad high, we had a table for nine tied up over an hour and everyone could eat anything available to a chef building omelets. Everything that I tried tasted good and all the guests were pleased. The view was outstanding.

My wife and I have had many great meals at La Panetiere. The food is always great and although French cuisine is not always my favorite this place is the exception. We had a veal dish the other night that was one of the best meals I have ever had and the rest of the meal was almost as good. The staff is very helpful with suggestions and very efficient in serving your meal. If you are looking for a great meal in a very nice setting this is the place.

The colors and flavors of the Mediterranean come to life at Mediterraneo, located on the exclusive Greenwich Avenue in the heart of Greenwich, Connecticut. Bathed in the soothing tones of sand and sea, the restaurant features an inviting outdoor terrace and a contemporary dining room where soft, undulating lines mirror ocean waves. This elegant nautical theme is carried over to the menu, which highlights fresh, succulent seafood as well as elevated Italian favorites
We all went for a family dinner for a Christmas lunch the day after.
I had the lentil soup and chicken Milanese which was very good.
Kathy had a Caesar salad and the ravioli with mushrooms. It was outstanding.
Andrew had the Bronzino which he said was great.
Brian and Chris had the chicken Milanese as well.
Good service.

I visited Lenny's in Rye Brook two days in a row (11/2 and 11/3). On the first trip on 11/2 I purchased some absolutely delicious bagels and the service was fast and efficient. As someone with a dairy allergy, I was thrilled that they serve Tofutti and, combined with a perfectly made bagel, it was a dream come true.
So good in fact that I returned the next day for the same breakfast. Unfortunately, the person serving me seemed to misunderstand my order at first. Given my dairy allergy, the word "cheese" is not something in my ordering vocabulary. However, the woman insisted I asked for cream cheese while angrily tossing away one of the bagels she was preparing. Not wanting to escalate the situation, I apologized for any confusion, informed the woman (again) that I wanted the plain Tofutti on my everything bagel with lox.
What happened next is what warrants a 1-star review and a serious warning. The woman grabbed another everything bagel, cut it in half and then reached into the (large) cream cheese dish and creamed my bagel. I interrupted what she was doing and said, "Isn't that the cream cheese again, because I have an allergy?" Instead of admitting she had made the same mistake a second time, she angrily insisted that she had spread tofutti on my bagel. Honestly, I should have just turned around right then and there, but instead I assumed I hadn't seen what I thought, apologized again, paid for my bagels and left.
Not sure why someone would decide a person's food allergy is less important than admitting you're having a bad day and made the same mistake twice in a row. Regardless, I picked those bagels up on my way to a funeral. Within an hour my stomach was in knots, and the explosive diarrhea hit me just in time for the (Roman Catholic) funeral mass. So thanks for a day and a half spent on the toilet instead of at a funeral. Your bagels are top notch, but your service is beyond unacceptable. I hope someone has a discussion with this employee before someone is injured worse than I was. Sadly, I doubt anything will come of this since I contacted Lenny directly (by e-mail and through their website) and received no response.

Since Rafael Palomino—Sonora’s Executive Chef and Proprietor—opened the doors to this, his flagship Latin-fusion restaurant, he has received accolades from a broad customer base, including an “Excellent” from the New York Times. This creative, Colombian-born (Queens-raised) chef and author of five cookbooks, has since opened 8 more restaurants that span three states (New York, Connecticut and Pennsylvania). Sonora, like Palomino’s other restaurants, boasts excellent service and mouth-watering dishes, paired with an extensive wine list and cocktail offerings. In addition to impeccable service and delicious dishes, Sonora’s two-story home offers guests the possibility of having a custom-designed and catered on-site private party, for any occasion, from 12 to 110 people.
We have dined here dozens of times and still think it is one of the overall best restaurants around. Service, food, presentation and plating, bar- all are wonderful. We arrived early enough to enjoy the happy hour specials. Food and beverage. The calamari is absolutely...MoreThank you for your review, Sam! We are so happy to hear you enjoy drinking our margaritas as much as we like making them! Hope to see you again soon.

Located on Purchase Street in the quaint, seaside town of Rye, New York, Aurora ushers diners into an authentic Italian oasis, where the smell of wood-fired pizzas, rich, homemade pastas, and sumptuous entrees create a mouth-watering welcome. The restaurant’s bright, airy interior and soft color palette call to mind a Tuscan dawn, providing a soothing and sophisticated backdrop for an unforgettable meal.
Ramsey Zakka does it one more time. He has the system down!
Great meal, but when asked to have a little more sauce on my pasta it definitely was just stuck in the microwave and came back to me with no extra sauce, just a musher pasta

After an absence of many years, I returned to the Rye Ridge Shopping Center. Was pleasantly surprised to see all the new stores and restaurants. Light appetizers, a charcoal stove grilled pizza and drinks were less than $45. Lovely setting, cool decor, nice music. We will be back! :-)

It's like a brick oven/bar pizza mash up, but better: Flavorful thin crust pizza, with a little bit of crisp, just the right amount of chew, and a hint of char. Heaven. High quality toppings, an all around great pie. I started to get sad when I realized my BF and were near the end of our two pies. Great, fresh, salads/starters to share. Everything prepared and served with care and love. Eclectic craft beer selection. Friendly, attentive staff. Fun, upbeat, relaxed atmosphere. Hipsters, grandparents and everyone in between will agree that Coals is cool.
