We have been coming here for years, and it is still a very good place to eat in Romeoville, their braided crust pizza is very good as well as their sandwiches, meatballs, mostaccholli, and salads ! Whether dining in ,carryout, or delivered, their service is always excellent ! Great place !

This is a great little place. We went early on a Tuesday night, it was pretty crowded by the time we finished. The rolls were covered in butter and garlic. My wife loves garlic, she loved the rolls. Everything was fresh and good. We'll be back.

We go here quite often after church. It is always packed ( they serve thousands of pieces of chicken every day), but this time the family came to town with kids, grand kids, significant others etc. When the question came about where to go for dinner, the answer was easy. Where else can you get a very good 4 piece chicken dinner with all the trimmings, except for desert, for $15.50 per person?
They have been doing this for over 75 years and now have several carry our locations in the area, and the quality is always the same.
Several times we have been there and we did order steak, and it was very good. However, this time it was chicken all around, and the kids had enough from several orders split. There is a child's portion as well, which we did not use. We all did order desert which was very good and just enough. Several had drinks; but, even with that you would not have believed the low cost for the large number of people fed. And everyone had a very good meal with great service in a family type surrounding, and no one was pushing us out for the table as we stayed a while for a good family time. There are plenty of rooms used, so the large number of people being feed does not seem that large.

Scottish inspired, American made. Located in the new clubhouse at Mistwood Golf Club. With handcrafted & locally sourced cuisine, featuring steaks, chops & signature sandwiches. A full list of spirits, craft beers and wine compliment the cuisine.
Having been to McWethy's a few times now, we are hooked on the place ! The buildings, atmosphere, and views of the golf course are beautiful, you literally forget you are in CrestHill/Romeoville and can just picture Scotland ! The food is always excellent from the soups, salads and main entrees. The service is always friendly, courteous and timely. We highly recommend McWethy's !

Tasty Waffle excels at breakfast foods....waffles, eggs, pancakes, hash brown, corned beef hash, etc. Everything is made just to order and served warm. Fresh fruit is perfectly ripe. Service is prompt and courteous. Despite a full restaurant, things hummed along smoothly.

Food is overall good here, but nothing special stands out. Staff is friendly. Food is made fast. Quality of ingredients could be better, such as Turkey is deli thin, not the best. I did enjoy the wrap on lunch page with hot fries and choice of soup. Prices are a bit higher here, with smaller portions compared to other breakfast places. They use 2 eggs for omelettes, not 3, but charge as if its a 3 egg size. Hash browns OK, coupons hard to come by, but an OK stop if your hungry for breakfast items. Chicken breast in salad, sandwich, or skillet is best menu item I recommend.

I have never had a bad experience with Windy City. I stop in every couple of months when I want an excellent burger. The guys behind the counter are friendly and funny. The big menu has something for anyone. Gyros, Burgers, Dogs, and fries are all top notch.

Staying at a motel near Cheddar's and we went there for a light dinner. Decided to split the chicken tender dinner and they said no problem, not even an extra charge. Best chicken tenders ever and great seasoned fry's and cold slaw. Our server Jennifer was friendly, fast, and accommodating to our requests.
If we lived here we would make this a regular place to eat.

While the food is what one expects from a good Greek run restaurant, good selection, freshly prepared and nice presentation, what turned our meal around was our server Steph. She said she has 12 years experience and apparently was paying close attention to her mentors. Coffee was never less than half full, other beverages had refills just show up when half gone, always a step ahead, Not a single extra or addition was forgotten and always service with a smile. She made the meal even better. Great job Steph!

This Restaurant is now called Rome Cafe. My husband and I like to stop for breakfast occasionally. Generous servings. Service is good. It is also nice to visit with several longtime Romeoville residents . One of the very few sit down restaurants in the older section of town
