Revolution Taproom & Grill is a 44 tap craft beer bar and gastropub located in downtown Rochester NH. Revolution utilizes local, farm fresh ingredients in its scratch kitchen, with an emphasis on modern, creative takes on traditional pub fare and comfort food. Fireplace, outdoor patio, Lounge with pool tables, dart boards and a 2nd bar, rooms for private parties, showers, corporate meetings. Named Best New Restaurant NH Magazine 2015.
The menu is divided into light portions (appetizers to share or not) and big servings (hearty meals). The light portions included roasted Brussels sprouts (popular with my group), roasted vegetables, and Chinese pot stickers (6 in a serving; also popular). I was not feeling daring, so I ordered a burger and fries. The burger was delicious and done to my liking. The fries came with a delicious sauce that tasted like vinegar and mayonnaise; this tastes a lot better than it may sound. My group ordered a variety of cocktails that they found pleasing. I was happy with my beer. I liked the location in downtown Rochester and the abundance of nearby parking. I'll be back!

We used to go here all the time when we lived in Lebanon, but since we moved this is the first time we've been back in about 15 years, one think I forgot about was how big the ice cream on a cone are, I got the small and could hardly finish it, my wife got the kiddy size and that was more than most places large, they still are one of the best homemade ice cream around anywhere. Only complaint prices are a little high $9.50 for a small and kiddy cone.

Granite Steak and Grill and Smokey's Tavern are located on Route 11 in Rochester. Offering an intimate setting complete with gas fireplaces and an outside patio. We present a homestyle dining experience, taking pride in offering the highest quality food at affordable prices served by a friendly, attentive staff. The menu exhibits top end meats in addition to chicken, ribs, seafood and pasta dishes. Our tantalizing senior menu offers a complete meal with beverage, entrée and dessert - pleasing the heartiest of appetites! Smokey’s Tavern located downstairs is the ideal place to meet with friends and unwind after a hard day’s work.
I have to be honest and I always get the clam strips Caesar salad and french onion soup and it's always perfect. My friends and family have enjoyed a wide variety of their meals from chicken tenders to the Teriyaki Dragon steak and we are all Beyond pleased with our selections and service!

Was hoping for a healthy smoothie but rather had a concoction of items that were clearly not fresh. It was mostly ice and didn't have a lot of flavor. I chose an island smoothie. The gentleman taking our order, had no personality and didn't seem to be engaged at all. It took over 10 minutes to prepare a smoothie when there were six other people in the restaurant. I had been here before and remembered it being fairly good. I will not be returning.

We were looking for a unique, hole-in-the-wall type burger joint. Wild Willy's felt more like a chain (which it is--small chain, but still a chain) than an individual establishment.
Burgers were OK. Asked for the fries to be crispy and they weren't. Wish the buns had been a little more special/fresh. Don't get me wrong. There's nothing wrong with this place, and it's easy to access off the highway. It's a clear step up from your basic McDonald's. It just didn't feel quite as unique as we had hoped.

Average Friendly's menu items. GREAT place for kids as the kids meals include ice cream!! Nice place to go for a quick bite to eat without being forced to gulp down a burger and fries. Salads are delicious... I've never had a bad salad there....my fiancé loves the honey barbecue chicken melt......and then, of course, the famous Friendly's ice cream is always GREAT!!
PLUS they are open late, for when you are doing a thousand things and don't have time to cook!!
The ONLY problem here is that some of the wait staff can be pretty negative..... and there is actually a large turnover of wait staff here.........so you have to wonder if it's bad hiring practices, or bad management??

It was moderately busy when I arrived at Benedict’s Grill at 9:00 AM.
The décor was plain and basic. The well-worn hardwood floors created a homey atmosphere reminiscent of the days when this was the location of Granny Mae’s Pancake & Waffle House.
The staff greeted me as soon I came through the door and invited me to select my own table.
My beverage order was taken promptly. I ordered decaf coffee at $1.95. That came in a good-sized mug a minute later.
Then, I ordered the Two Eggs with Home Fries & Toast at $4.95. I took my eggs poached on wheat toast. With the $1.95 and 63 cents tax, the total was $7.53.
While waiting, I enjoyed the coffee and my morning newspaper.
The order arrived in about 10 minutes. The eggs were well prepared. The wheat toast was done lightly. The home fries had eye appeal, good flavor, and great texture. I inquired if the potatoes were fresh, not frozen. They were made from fresh red-skinned potatoes.
Service was very good. A refill on coffee was offered. The place was clean.
In all, I had no complaints. I enjoyed my leisurely breakfast here. I would eat here again, so I can recommend it to others.
I rate Benedict’s Grill 5.0.

We have been visiting this place since they opened around four years ago. They have come a long way. The outside looks like an old greasy spoon dining restaurant from the 50's but the inside is loaded with Mexican motif...They recently got brand new menus and this was huge since their old menus had been around since they first opened and were in TOUGH shape. They tweaked their menu a bit but I would have liked to see some new dishes. They have been serving the same dishes for years. They should maybe offer a few "special dishes: every once in a while. DON'T GET ME WRONG... Even though the menu hasn't changed much, the food is quite decent. We continue to visit them quite often.
The servers are very good for the most part... Depending on the server, we may have to wait longer for some than others.
They offer complimentary chips and salsa and it's pretty much unlimited. About the salsa... Their salsa has come a LONG WAY since they first opened. It use to be a VERY "watery" salsa with very little chunks of anything in it. However, they keep seeming to work on this and it has gotten pretty good. Not the best we have had, but at least now it is good!!
Nachos Supreme with Shredded Beef ($9.50)are AWESOME... Some of the best we've had anywhere... They are LOADED with cheese and beef and hugely flavorful. Highly recommend these!!
My wife always gets a salad here. The Cozumel Salad ($15) is her fav. It is one of the "greenest" salads I've seen. She usually adds chicken or shrimp. It's huge and besides the romaine and spinach, has tomatoes, cukes, onions. It also comes with avocado and mango. and for dressing comes with a mango citrus vinaigrette. I', not a salad person, but this vinaigrette is pretty awesome.
I like to mix it up here but tend to fall back on the Laredo Chimichanga ($13). It's a Chimi that's filled with beef, shredded steak, shredded chicken, or shredded pork. Then covered with a white cheese sauce that has a nice "kick" to it thanks to the small pieces of jalapenos in it... It comes with rice and beans. Sometimes I get the rice... Never the beans (although my wife says the beans are really good!). If I don't get either, they offer fries in there place. The fries are quite good. Seasoned and crispy!!! They "dip" great in the cheese sauce.
The food comes out REALLY fast so the one suggestion I would make is order your app first and wait until you're about half way through them before you order your meal... We have learned that because the food comes so quickly, that sometime they app and main meal end up overlapping and you have to rush your app to keep your main meal from getting cold. This is a huge pet peeve of ours...
Margaritas are AWESOME!!!
Love this place and highly recommend it!!!

One of the most excellent seafood restaurants in the area - and there are many. We have a great menu that includes the smaller "Mates" portions and a senior menu that includes a drink and dessert. Our founder Howie Seckendorf always believed that everyone should enjoy going out to eat! Fast and Fresh Take Out available.
We have been twice to Windjammers for fish and chips ($8.95). Fresh haddock and nice fries. The cole slaw has a lot of horseradish but there are alternative choices. Kids menu is good and waiters are flexible with kids. Not fancy but clean and comfortable.
