This place is fantastic! It is always crowded on the weekends and many nights during the week. I love their plain and brooklyn style pizzas. My family and I have been coming here for for over 15 years and never had an issue. We have ordered takeout just as much as we have dined-in. Unfortunately we moved over an hour away so coming back is rare. Everything they serve is fresh and delicious.

My father’s dream has now transformed into more than he ever expected. Although much has changed, much remains the same…each day you can expect to see one of our faces, adding a personal touch to traditional Italian dining, creating an intimate experience that our family has taken pride in for 30 years. To customers past and present, we thank you for sharing in our history as well as our love of food and family. To new customers, we’d like you to come see for yourself how a true italian family does dinner. Sincerly, John, Phyllis, Vincent, Cristina, Dominick, Marco and Alex Balsamo
We enjoyed our dinner at this lovely Italian restaurant. The staff was excellent, even with our baby granddaughter. They were attentive and friendly, fulfilled special food requests and made us feel welcome.
I enjoyed my dinner special, of large pasta shells stuffed with Ricotta, in a Shrimp and Pesto Sauce - with a touch of Arugula. Delicious. It was hard to select only because they had so many lovely choices on the menu, but I'm glad that I selected this special.
It is a BYOB restaurant, but they also offer bottled wine from a local winery.
I recommend this restaurant and I will return for other meals.

This is one of the weirdest little coffee shop/ice cream parlor/creperie/dessert places I've ever come across. They seem to be a bit of a "Jack of all trades, master of none" establishment, but with that being said, they do a respectable job at everything they sell. Good, just not great. Muffins, scones, candy, crepes, various coffees, cappuccinos and espressos and ice cream are all available. The owners are very kind and welcoming, and there's lots of relaxed seating available. Even better, they don't hover over you or shoo you out as soon as you've finished your last bite/sip. You are free; and even welcome it seems, to linger and enjoy the free WiFi. One thing that I do like particularly about this place is that they are very welcoming of the local high school/jr. high school crowd on the weekend afternoons. They allow the kids to keep their stuff in or in front of the store and let them congregate there without allowing them to be disruptive. Nice to see a place that gives kids a safe environment to socialize even though I'm sure they're not spending all that much money there. Stop by and support your local business instead of the Starbucks monster!

I grew up in Hamilton Township but have lived in Louisiana for 23 years. I miss the great Italian meats, cheeses, and other deli delights. We stopped to have a sandwich and pick up some finger food for a concert tonight. Sandwiches are big and the choices abundant. My wife had a great eggplant parm sandwich. Delicious bread and sauce. My Old Timer Turkey and cheese sandwich was huge and good. We purchased a tasty selection of meats, cheeses, and bread for the concert. The man working the deli was extremely helpful in slicing and packaging it up for us.
You can dine outside where there are a few tables or take it all home.

Halo Pub is a old time ice cream house. The inside is dark but charming in it's antique "cow" décor. The ice cream is served up just the way you ask. There are plenty of delicious flavors to choose from. Seating is limited.

I love the Indian Coffee there, and all of the specialty chocolates. The owner is extremely knowledgeable and obviously takes pride in what he does. There is no place like it in the area.Thank you so much for leaving us a review and supporting us! We've got a bunch of improvements this year for everyone and we hope to see you soon!

Chef Ed Crochet oversees Rat’s, a French-focused restaurant famous for its unique setting within the 42-acre Grounds for Sculpture park. We REALLY enjoyed our visit to Grounds for Sculpture and anyone looking for a nice day outdoors and some cool art indoors as well should visit. The restaurant, Rat’s was conceptually designed to be reminiscent of Claude Monet’s beloved Giverny by sculptor Seward Johnson. It is named after the gregarious character “Ratty,” from Kenneth Grahame’s famed children’s story, The Wind in the Willows. The restaurant patio, noted for its sweeping views and al fresco dining, overlooks a lily pond framed by weeping willows, and the “Monet bridge.” We had a fabulous meal here. Things started out with their seasonal lemonade which during our visit was Blueberry Lemonade. 1rat4
Then things got started with a delicious appetizer of CHARRED WAGYU BEEF with Porcini, Mustard Greens, Rye Crouton that just melted in our mouths.
To follow-up that tasty treat was an even tastier morsel of FRENCH ONION SOUP with Croûton, Gruyère that was one of the better versions I have had in a long time.Ending the meal was their COQ AU RIESLING with Griggstown Chicken, Bacon Lardon, Oyster Mushroom, Cippolini Onion, Pommes Pureé that was AWESOME. Every bite was more flavorful than the next and was cooked perfectly. I would definitely drive all the way up here again just to dine at Rat’s, but making a day of it combined with Grounds for Sculpture made it a day to be remembered and enjoyed by all in the party. It’s a great time topped by a great meal!

Who would have thought that a restaurant that served such a simple menu of pizza (no grated cheese allowed, btw) salad, antipasto and olives would be so good?! Well, it was delicious and worth the 30 minute wait! We had a fig, prosciutto spring salad special that was spectacular! And a large tomato pie with homemade meatballs which was also delicious! An added feature is it's a BYOB! Highly recommend! P.s. No dessert on the menu

I was true to my original review, and decided to give this place another shot since it had such great reviews. I still don't know what all the hype's about. The bagels are not crispy, the everythings have hardly anything on them, they don't make a "super" (sweet) cinnamon raisin, and the service is rude and cold.
I get the feeling that since this place is in Robbinsville, some local snobs like to flaunt it as a great place, but it's no better than average.
Go to Tina's, Bordentown, or the place on South Broad in Yardville (can't recall the name); they're all better options.

Glad we went. Food is great. The place is pretty small and not much curb appeal but the food was worth it, and the people were pretty nice and helpful. Other customers were very nice people - family friendly. Thanks and we'll probably be back if in the area again.
