The atmosphere is great. You get on line (there's always a line - but you can call ahead if you wish), order your sandwich and watch them throw the freshly cut deli meat around. The staff can be a little edgy if you don't pay attention and keep the line moving. There are about 5 people making sandwiches, so you have to move down in front of the person making yours. It is loud in there, but its part of the atmosphere. I had an Italian on my most recent visit and loved it.

Location has been the host of good eats for over 30 years. For those of us old enough, we fondly remember grapevine gourmet shop. Glad to know the legacy of the location keeps the quality and experience of dinning to a high standard.

Very clean and relaxed atmosphere, nice selections of tap beer. We started with the roasted artichokes they were fantastic. Followed up with the tuna steak and it was very good as well, my wife had the veggie burger which is made on site and it was fantastic !! Want to go back and have one for myself. Service was really outstanding give it a try for sure

First, I agree with the review about steaks. Do Not order the steak. It is stringy and dried out. Everyone likes this place, but not me. I had a duck special here once. It was super tough.Could not eat it. Next I had the veal and mushrooms. I returned it. It was so very tough. I do think it was real veal. One time I had flounder. It was OK. The mushroom pastry appetizer is good as is the brownie desert. Service is fair if you can understand the waiters. Salads are unremarkable.

Anthony's may be a nice experience for you if you would like a flavorful pizza and don't mind spending somewhat more than at other South Florida pizza restaurants.
I visited Anthony's with my son, daughter-in-law, wife and granddaughter on a somewhat chilly (55°) Florida Sunday evening. We only had a short wait at the bar. While we were dining the cool temperatures outside combined with the air conditioning inside gave us a pretty chilly dining experience.
Seating is comfortable. But, the restaurant is quite noisy. I have no idea why restaurant chains like the idea of live acoustical dining rooms where it is difficult to hold a conversation in a normal tone of voice. (Why don't they just use some acoustic tile instead of having an open, exposed ceiling with black-painted A/C duct work and ceiling?) Between a boisterous birthday party group and a family with the two screeching kids the ambiance was a lot less than pleasant.
Still, you don't go to a family restaurant like Anthony's expecting a romantic, candle-lit dinner...and I've been to louder chain restaurants.
Our server, Phyillis, was very pleasant and helpful.
The menu is very limited, with only a few items other than their pizza specialties. If you're looking for varied Italian food this is not the restaurant for you.
Since everyone in our group had different tastes we ended up ordering a family sized salad and four different pizzas. Our check came up to a whopping $83.44, making this about the most expensive pizza dinner in our family's history.
Here's the breakdown:
1 - Large Family Salad $10.99
1 - Lunch Pizza w/mushrooms and no cheese for my 10 year old granddaughter $9.78
1 - Small Cauliflower Pizza $20.49
1 - Traditional Small Pizza (Cheese, Sauce, Plum Tomatoes & Basil) $13.49
1 - Large 16" Pizza $23.96
The consensus at the table was that the pizzas rated a 4 of 5. All of the pies had a very nice crust due to baking in a fast, coal oven. Each of the toppings tasted fresh and had a rich flavor.
The salad was visually attractive. But, the oil & vinegar balsamic dressing wasn't great.
My feeling about Anthony's is that their coal-fired pizza is unique. If you want a good pizza that's a cut above the rest Anthony's may be right for you. But, the noisy dining experience, limited menu and high prices are negatives for me.
My suggestion: Try Anthony's and decide for yourself.

Went for a late dinner. Was staying nearby in a motel. I thought the food was ok, maybe a little salty, my wife thought hers was a little too salty. For what it was I thought the price was a little high but nothing outrageous. It was later and the place was pretty empty for a Saturday night. Service was good and friendly. Fyi, this is definitely not a romantic spot for dinner but the ambiance was fine. I would go again. Fyi, not sure however this may be a chain.

Had breakfast here before heading off to the airport and it was good. A few Dolphins fans were lobbying for us to not get a seat as we were in a competing city football gears..but it was all good and in the name of fun. That aside, out waitress Alejandra was great. Servings are huge and tasteful. It is a small joint in a strip plaza and wait times can easily be an issue but they try their best to turn the tables over quickly. We had steak and eggs and the strawberry stuffed FT which were not disappointing at all. I would go back!

First time here is quite a while. Sat in the bar at one of the tables. We ordered the Bang Bang Shrimp which is the Wednesday special including one to go. Although it took a few minutes for the initial contact with the server, the service was excellent and flawless. Our to go order arrived just as we finished our food with no additional prompting of our server. This is a very busy Bonefish so plan accordingly.

Talk about paying it forward....today celebrating Vietnam Veterans Day they provided free sandwiches, a noon rendition of the National Anthem, lots of handshakes, friendly smiles, a welcoming speech and a lapel pin...but the winner is the best BBQ dishes in Broward with a choice of sauces, excellent sides and exceptional service. I salute you!

The restaurant is clean and appealing. The staff is good and the wait was minimal. The appetizers were fair to good. The Calamari was good and the mussels were average in taste but good size. The bread was warm and crunchy. The veal was fair and tasted dry like saw dust. The sauce was good.
